This is the message of Jagadguru's Anugraha bhashanam: "While doing any task we encounter difficulties...but with persistence we must complete our task." Swamiji has taken an example of a mantra from Yajurvedam and it goes like this. "When Lord Brahma did penance to do human creation- First snakes were born. He thought to himself that this is not what he has intended to create. So He did penance again and this time different varieties of birds got created. He again did penance and then humans were created. This is to say, to achieve our goal, we may face many difficulties, but with persistence and effort we must overcome them and reach our goal." Swamiji also jokes by taking the example of how persistent CA students are in completing their course. Then Swamiji says we should always try and go by ourselves to 'satsanga' without any invitation from anyone like how once a Palasa tree went to the deva sabha without invitation while they were discussing on dharma and hence from then on, it is being used as an important tool while preparing yagna patras. (Don't take it literally, this is just ardhavada). Then Swamiji tells the mantras from Taittriopanishat which belongs to Yajurveda-' Satyam vada, Dharmam chara..." which I think on one needs explanation. Then He says to follow Dharma always, Speak truth, Respect our parents, teachers, guests.
Tamil is not my tongue but I think I got the gist. The Yajurvedas have various teachings which are very beneficial. For eg Prajapati when he thought of creating beings, he sat for tapasya. The first time snakes were born. He sat for tapasya again and birds were created. However, the third time, humans were born. The point here is to not give up until our resolve is fulfilled. The neecha will give up even before starting a project fearing the obstacles. The madhyama starts however, gives up when he meets with any obstacle. But uttama persists until finally completing a project.
I will add a few points. Yajur veda has many arthavadas( those which should not be taken literally, but the message it gives needs to be taken). Another person here has already explained about repeated attempts in case of failure. Another point which holiness mentioned is that when there is a satsanga happening, we should not wait for an invitation, but voluntarily go there as it will benefit us. His holiness gives an example from the veda where palasha vruskha(tree) goes on its own to the place where devatas were discussing brahma vichara. Due to this palasha vruksha gained significance. Hence palasha is used for yagnas. While these are arthavadas, in taittiriya upanishad, there is direct instruction like "satyam vada, dharmam chara". Speak truth, follow dharma. I welcome any corrections to this as tamil is not my mother tongue.
