WHAT A VIDEO BEN!!! THANK YOU FOR THIS!!!
Thank you man
What are some other mistakes you've made that we didn't mention in the video?
I’m getting bone removed Literally tmrw, how was your recovery for that?
Throwing after about 5-6 weeks, then about a 4-6 week throwing program. Very smooth recovery.
In my opinion it's not clear when you can start hitting after elbow surgery. It's all focused on throwing programs. I had UCL repair and my arm felt great after 4 months so i started hitting. Now it's hurting again and i need to take some time off to recover. Where can i find a good guideline on this matter? Thanks for the great video btw. Also a mistake some people make: you need to measure the ROM before the surgery. If you don't document this, you don't know how far you have to mobilize your elbow afterwards. Also document how hard you throw. A lot of people also don't have a radar gun so have no idea how hard they were throwing before.
Nice video Ben! We’ll thought out and organized. As an OnBaseU certified PT in the northeast I do not have consistent exposure to the return to throwing segment of rehab as guys leave the clinic. Make sure the plan includes a facility that can direct the RTT phase with associated training drills & continued strength work to optimize readiness…difficult to find up here. Keep up the good work, look forward to your content!!
Thank you! We appreciate it!
My issue is i cannot fully extend my throwing arm any suggestions?
#5 what is recommended for reducing swelling/inflammation?
Just had a UCL repair I hope I made the right choice instead of going with full Tommy
How was you luck budy?
how do you deal with the scar tissue tacking down on the ulnar nerve after surgery?
There are different techniques, fascial abrasion, dry needling, and different manual techniques will definitely help.
Just had TJ
