Just for update we just got our GEELY AZKARRA last August 12, 2020 and all praises to Father GOD for another blessing. We feel pampered and elated about all the amenities and technology that is included into this exquisite vehicle for the price as compared to the other brand. We do own two Japanese brand vehicles and we are satisfied using them but the AZKARRA has a certain aura that emanates and makes you feel excellently satisfied. We cannot wait to do out of town driving and see how is the KM:Litre consumption but as for the two days in city driving we are getting 9.8 km per litre in COMPORT mode (we tried ECO mode once for about 2 km but it seems the aircon wasn't very cold in that mode). For info: There is no DVR or dash cam recorder unlike the COOLRAY, I do wish that amenity was also given to the AZKARRA - Rizalde

Geely is China brand but with European DNA, imagine 100 percent Volvo technology. Geely had an excellent investment for r&d so I will never discredit the quality, take note of many US brand that is now China made. China even manufacture their own 5th Generation Stealth Fighter so this says a lot about the development.
The european cars was all wow when it comes to appearance and tech until the china made cars came for a third or a fourth of the price. Funny how we realize how EU and Japan got so rich for a few centuries. Thanks to china. It made asia feel what it should deserve to feel without abusing the prices.
yeah, and funny enough, it's also from the country that Pinoys are trying hard to antagonize mostly because of the CCP and the WPS.

ME,I CANT WAIT FOR 3years COZ, FOR SURE, DURABILITY,S THE MAIN ISSUE, AND MAYBE THEIR FACTORY IS ONE THAT IS CLOSING IN CHINA,SO SURE NO PARTS,AND IMPORTS ARE DROPPING THERE
I will buy this after 3 or 4 yrs after its tested by many... I will wait and see after its test of time...

How do you adjust Equalizer ?!!
There's a missing function on the left of the steering wheel. Beside the call button. Not sure if that was intentionally left alone? Or a factory miss. It would be nice if the front passenger is also power operated and this has park assist. Plus heated/cold seats. With carplay/android auto.

Not even some SUVs can't handle the flood of Manila... So... Leave the Azkarra at home when it floods... that is my take on that.
How to adjust the back set to get more space?

Good design 👏👍specs is very good 👍but how about the quality and durability,..specially the service or maintenance?🤨🙄
ah so beyond 60 km/h the 4 wheel drive system will disengage itself. Does this mean it aint an All-wheel drive system but a conventional part time 4x4? or does it have a transfer case where the "offroad mode" will be in low range and travelling beyond 60kph will automatically revert to the standard AWD? for mechanical safety
i hope they will test its 4wd capability not on the technical sections but where 4wd are normally needed.
Value for money,the upcoming fortuner now is expensive,2.2m base variant,2.9m top of the line,converted from thailand currency,geely may increase its sales soon.
The price will be different when it gets here.

Azkarra! The kind of car that Honda, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Kia, Isuzu, Hyundai and Mazda can't surpass unless you have a budget of 1.8M up......

tiggo 8 is cheaper, longer warranty and has more features. a better buy IMO

I wouldn't say more features, but may have some the Azkarra doesn't, and likewise the Tiggo 8 misses out on some of the Askarra's features. But then the Azkarra is a better looking vehicle overall. Even the name sounds better...
but geely is backed by volvo technology, got shares from lotus and mercedes. that alone says a lot
Impressive tech. But how does it drive and ride? More importantly, what is the guarantee that it will break away from the stereotypical 'Chinese quality' in terms of reliability and durability?
With 1.5m siguro ill just go with montero 2020. Turbo Diesel and reliable. Parts all out avilable.
Far from luxury tho. Just plain huge box with wheels and a good engine

It would be a great idea to get the facts on your review. You kept on mentioning that this is an SUV wherein fact this (and the Coolray) are considered as Crossover. Even those commenting on this review seems confused as they say its an SUV.

Three cylinders suck with two wheel drive. I imagine even more so with 4 wheel drive. Shirt life span.
Prove it sucks.. there are a lot of 3-cylinder cars out there that still running upto now. It really depends on how you drive it, be it a 3-cyl or 4-cyl.
Jun Aldeza it sucks lol,4 cylinder is better,geely coolray will release soon a manual transmission 1.2 with 4 cylinder.3 cylinder is bad in the long run,yes 3 cylinder is good for fuel economy.
No parts available outside the dealer (casa) so pag nasiraan k sa province. Tow agad or gastos agad..this will suck after 5 years. Labasan na ng sakit pero no available parts🤣
Pag nasiraan ka sa province in your Toyota or Honda ano gagawin mo? Itutulak mo para walang gastos? 5 years warranty! Toyota / Honda 3 years lang! Harang pa ang maintenance sobrang mahal. Wigo namin siningil anak ko ng 9k+ PMS lang. Pagka tapos ng warranty may lumabas agad na problema.
