Hello do they accept transfer international student. I have completed one year from UoPeople an American online university and if am transferring from an American university will they still ask for TOEFL if already did English and passed the exam in my class as am transferring

The best way should be contact with the universities which you are interested in, becuase different universities might have different policy in this situation. Good luck.

You need to have graduated from the equivalent of a high school to apply. I don’t know what the education system is like where you’re from

You still require IELTS/TOEFL for Berea but you won’t need to translate your certificate
