I like this version of the Hanwell more. The exterior is better. it is also good to see how a new build home looks at night, something different I haven't seen, great tours by you guys as well.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and for watching :D. Apart from it looking very different externally, we also felt the decor and use of the spaces made this Hanwell quite unique. Did you spot the cupboards in the upstairs landing? Did you notice that Bedroom 3 didn't have an additional closet? Just some pointers of some of the differences :D
Hi, yes we mentioned so :D It's the same house type, but if you look closely there are some differences on the first floor of this home. Thanks for watching! :)
@@PropertyVlogsUK And you used the 'other' hanwells floorplan, naughty naughty ;-) I preferred the 'other' hanwell, with more of a stepped frontage and those crafty little hidden store cupboards in one bedroom and the 2nd ensuite :)
wonderful tour thanks. I love the house style and the stonework outside plus the fact that they carried the lattice windows front back and side. The kitchen/diner/living space remains amazing and really does sell the house. Gripes?? a few - ceiling heights should be a little bit higher in this price range. The 5th bedroom is way too small given the size of the other bedrooms, i can see fights with kids ahead. And whilst the study is a great size, omg that dining room is so narrow at just 8ft (2.4m) feels really poky. And the garden - i understand that land is precious, however, why build a 5 bed family home where there's no space for kids to run around, play footie or at least goalie and throw a frisby let alone space for a dog to chase around. Final gripe, sorry guys not at you, great tour as always, but OMG the styling/decor was bland beyond belief, no colour, no warmth, no feeling of homeliness - i know its just their styling but have we not moved on from monotone schemes yet?? Gripe over - of course if was given the house I'd certainly not say no ;-)
thats an americanism, brits say 3 bathrooms (which can be a shower room or bathroom or both together like this house) and downstairs loo or toilet - we don't call it a 'half bath' ;-)
Listen 👂🏾 no one is allowed to come in with their shoes in my house 😊. This is luxury! I love that it is eco friendly too. I just love it 😍
This is absolutely beautiful 😍, exactly my UK dream homes ❤.

My dear you are so very good with what you are doing. Well done dear. Love your show room demos❤
Thank you! Cheers!
The exterior for me is the best part of the house it looks good from the outside.🌲
Love the walk in wardrobe area. The mirrored doors are divine ❤
We agree!
Love Hayfields homes I’m so glad they’ve come more to the South of England they only had homes in Wales 😩 but very cheap in Wales 👍🏾
Absolutely gorgeous home, it has everything and the layout is beautiful. Thanks for showing ❤
You're welcome :D
Love your tours. Beautiful big spacious house, which looks lovely in the night view. The ground floor kitchen/living/dinning area is stunning.
Thank you!
Gorgeous! Can you please tour the “Eaton” showhome please?
Like what you've done with your hair. 🔥😊
:)
I really enjoy your videos. Your tours are always well done with all the relevant info needed. Great job as always
Thank you very much!
Love the outside of the house, stunning
Beautiful 👌
This is a beautiful house
I always wondered how underfloor heating works. Thank you for the explanation. The house is lovely😊
Glad it was helpful!
Beautiful tour. This home looks very identical to the Hanwell Home, you toured few weeks ago.

Well spotted!
Wow nice house
Very stylish house wud get rid of table from the entrance though
Is having a master bedroom (or any bedroom) on the main level just not a thing in England? I've never seen it on the British house tours.
Hi, if there are multiple storeys, then the master bedroom is always preferred to be on the upper floor. In short, no, it's not a thing :)
Not my favourite home by a long shot. The dining room is like a tunnel, and very old fashioned styling.
Thank you anyway Tumi. x
wonderful tour thanks.

Thanks for your comments Andrew, and for taking the time to share your thoughts.
House has 3.5 bathrooms not 3😊.
