As a child I saw them do this on live television more than once. Momma would say, Brine, them pantomine ladies is on.

I clicked on that because I was like, "oh that's cool. A skit with Bea Arthur where she pretended to be twins."
Pantomime? They're just posing and making gestures that really don't have anything to do with the lyrics. Their "holy night" pose looks more like Frankenstein's monster.

They probably learned this as children performing for their parents, its actually quite sweet.
People may laugh but read the description. It clearly states that this is annually the #1 most requested video. I think it's because of what they do when Perry sings "angels quake". They both turn to the right real quick and put their hands on their throats. Or maybe it's when Mr Como sings "round young virgin" and they point at each other.....
