No he isn't National Guard, he is barely able to dress himself and can't understand the speeding and no insurance charges, he has probably been in a Goodwill shop found the jacket with his name on it and run with it, no doubt trying to get military discounts where ever he goes.
His problem here is that if he really is in the Army, getting put in jail for contempt is going to be an issue for him, and he knows this. Just the fact that he won't show up for duty is going to cause problems for him.
The patch on his right shoulder, which indicates 'former wartime service' is the 16th Military Police Brigade. That unit is based at Ft Liberty/Bragg. Clown doesn't even have his BDU blouse buttoned correctly. Just look at the wonky lapel. He probably "borrowed" the outfit from someone else in his family who did serve.
I question his choice of hairstyle as well. I don’t think that’s military standard.
Or a surplus store the uniforms are not hard to get
That’s what I thought, he is sloppily dressed for a military member.
@@tinykitsune0387
Johnson is a fairly common name, but I doubt it came from surplus. Either he was dishonorably discharged or it’s a family member’s uniform.
Damn if this fool is active duty then our recruiting and retention standards have failed miserably.
she is way too lenient
Yes she is.
At least there is always a circus show with Judge Slow Inefficient And Boring
She has way more patience than I do. I don't know why people try the sovcit speech. I've yet to see it work favorably for anyone. Hopefully, he isn't one of our military.
Well, he is not threatening or using slurs. He is just repeating legal garbage. I have seen much worse.
She obv didn't want to send the guy to jail for minor traffic violations. She literally gave him every possible out. All he had to do was say thank you, shut his mouth, and go home. He decided he'd rather spend the night in jail.
You don’t have a right to understand, you have a right to be informed. The court has no control over what a defendant does or doesn’t understand.
You need to read the sixth amendment before you voice your opinion
@@TreyJohnson-j3s I’ve read it. It clearly states “the accused has the right to be informed….”. Whether or not the accused actually understands that information isn’t something the state has any control over…just like you not understanding what you’re talking about.
His commanding officers need to have talk with this guy. Cannot be in Army and claim you are a Sov Cit who does not believe he is citizen or in the validity of the US government. Take that uniform off you traitor
Well said
Agreed
Oddly, you absolutely can serve in the US military as a citizen of another country. Many folks enlist in order to accelerate US citizenship.
@@eggsngritstn You're right. But not a SovCit
@@eggsngritstnand he cannot act like this in public with his uniform on.
IF that gentleman WAS EVER in the service, he's definitely in need of some counseling. lol
Why is she leaving it up to the officers? Is she incapable of taking immediate action when someone is in contempt?
Thank goodness the officers did what was necessary!
because the officers can make his life hell a _lot_ more than she can
In order for it to be a valid contempt, she should have specified the length of the hold. She's got those officer's tails hanging out.
She spoke to soon, she left it up to the dumbass and he made the choice and regretted it.
Because they're in two completely different places! What do you want her do, reach through the camera?!
@@ericpl7227 Even if they were in the same room, since when do judges reach out to anyone in contempt? 🤦🏼♀️
Obviously, my comment went right over your head.
Imagine him not listening to orders given by his military superiors. That's if he is even in the military. Not listening to orders could put his squad in DANGER!
She is over 11 minutes of taking his yapping. Throw him in jail already
He got very whiny & sounded like he was going to cry when she said he’d be escorted out by the deputies.
Talking over and interrupting the judge is a winning legal tactic?
It seems to work on this judge. Notice how he managed to not answer a single question she asks him?
Love it! Judge Webster was not having any of the sovereign nonsense!!
What a waste of time. Arrest him immediately.
UNBELIEVABLE!! The deputy was supposed to take him the FIRST time! Ugh!
Maybe this should be sent to The Army. In violation of uniform code wearing that in court. If he's not in the Army, wouldn't that be impersonation of a service member?
#1 Rule of Sovereign Citizenry: Don't listen to anything that's being told to you.
Listen, but disagree and/or argue.
They need to check and see if he’s really in the army. I think he’s just trying to get sympathy. Disgusting behavior if it’s true. Need to be in jail until trial if he didn’t show up the first time
I love this judge. She’s so good!
This gentleman who is wearing an army uniform should be brought before the military court. He is taking funds for defending this country but then arguing soc cit nonsense. Please make him decide his allegiance.
If you believe his in the military thats laughable.
He's a Sov Cit... he THINKS he's in a military country already 😂
Man, he really thought he has a magic speech and charges will be dismissed.
Stolen valor. He needs to be arrested and charged for impersonating a military member.
Was just getting ready say same thing
Yeah no way is military.
It's only stolen Valor if he attempts to gain something. One could argue that he is dressed like that to gain favor with the court but you couldn't prove that without him admitting it.
If he is actually military, ask him what unit and get his SNCO there
She tossed the officers under the bus. It was her job to make the decision about arrest.
I agree. She appears to be flustered by sovcits. She kept threatening but wouldn't act. I don't understand.
She is soft
Yeah. She needs to be more definitive about it.
That's OK. He ended up in the clinker anyhow. What a waste of time and taxpayer money.
Her order to the cops was not clear. She seemed to lack the courage to just say “Take him away officer for this many days”
Judge Webster has made dispensing with these fools a beautiful dance, she waltzed him into that contempt so gracefully, he might still be trying to figure out how that happened
Poor Johnson. Just last week he lost his box of crayons, and now this. 😦
He didn't lose them, he was tweaking so hard he forgot he ate the last box. Imagine panhandling in front of the dollar store to replenish your crayon stash.
Way to make me wait till the last fudging SECOND for gratification Squish! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
As a combat veteran myself, I find his absolute lack of military bearing egregious. He should have fun explaining that stint in jail to his chain of command.
Bet he either was chaptered out or ETS and wears the uniform for some "benefit".
I had a clerk typist assigned to me years ago, who failed to show up in the morning. When I asked Top if he knew why, Top said: "He's in jail for armed robbery." Never saw him again.
How the hell did he make NCO?
@@durangojoe1123- How? He bought a uniform at a surplus store.
Can you guys wear uniform to completely irrelevant events if you’re not on your way to or from or actually on official duty?
I will bet money that isn’t his uniform and he’s never served in any branch of any military institution one the sovereign BS to the respect!
He probably found that uniform at an army surplus store.
What I was thinking.
I sure hope so. I'd hate to think he's an actual soldier.
“You need to stop, or you will be assisted in stopping.” 😂😂😂
if these sov cit arguments even occasionally worked, i'd get it! like hey, let's throw a hail mary.
but it never ever ever ever works ever.
Yeah especially with a FTA warrant, he's hoping for that one in a million win.
I am so embarrassed over his attitude. I am a US Army Veteran and would never disrespect the court like he is. For a soldier, his uniform looks like crap! And I do know his hair is not within regulations. JUDGE, PLEASE CHECK HIS I.D. Thank you ❤❤
I'm far more embarrassed over hers...
@@jons5150The judge's uniform? She's not a military court
I am also a retired military man who sees this piece of garbage as is . He needs to be jailed peroid
He clearly isn't protecting nor serving.
The state of his uniform is disgraceful, I find it hard to believe that any service member past or present would show up to court looking like that.
An Army dude who goes by "maritime admiralty law"... You can't make this up...
He's NOT in the army, he's an impersonator. Can't you tell?
@HassanSanem Can't tell vased on what we see. Whay makes you positive he isn't? Is there something obvious that we're missing?
I go by Walmart Law. I get a discount on every law I violate.
He should have been arrested way earlier- she gave him SO many warnings!
Ooh, that was a good one Mr. Squishy! I don’t believe the gentleman is currently in the military? The uniform is atrocious as well as his actions. The military would never put up with this kind of behavior from a soldier. He may have been in at some point? This is very sad.
That sure isn’t a regulation haircut. I’m unable to see any unit patch. The only military base close is McConnell Air Force Base. I thought maybe retired army but he has no respect for authority. So the uniform is a ploy for leniency.
He has a combat patch on for a support unit. Fort Riley is about an hour north of that county, and there are several large NG posts near there as well in Salina and Topeka. Its not just McConnell
Oh, she is just being a softie. She should have given him a few days in jail for contempt.
Oops, never mind, the deputies made his decision for him, cuffed and escorted upstairs.
Judge kept letting him interrupt her over and over. At what point do you hold him in contempt of court?
Threats don't mean anything if you don't follow through on them 🤦
SovCit getting a paycheck from the government - that is rich.
Imagine hearing his babbling every day while sharing a bunk with him. Smh.
He's not military if he can't respect authority or behave in court. You don't understand simple things... what a duffus. Stop giving into him and thrown his butt in jail. I would ask his CO to come to court... How stupid do you have to be to keep poking the bear when jail is hanging over your head....
Someone needs to tell his superiors officers that he does not follow laws and follow chain of command.
It takes a real talent to upset Judge Webster enough to be thrown in contempt.
For real. I don't think I can recall another time she got this agitated.
How... Does this guy service in the armed forces?! His paycheck comes from the fact that he IS a US citizen!
I'm shocked these people make it to adulthood. 😂
Wajt a minute!?!? Sovereign citizen and in the military??? Dudes a walking oxymoron!!!😂😂😂
I love how Judge keeps ignoring his "I don't understand the nature an cause of the allegation," when she knows damn well he does.
Please - report his dishonor to his Commanding Officer. Disgraceful way to act in the uniform.
I dont think he is in the Army. Stolen valor.
She spent 10 minutes explaining the charges to you at the beginning of this hearing, genius!!
Our Gov has deemed SovCit movement as domestic terrorists.
What is this guy doing in the military?
I doubt he is.
I was wondering the same.
He isn't. Just because someone wears fatigues does not mean they are in the military. Those are sold all over the place and since he is a SovCit he thinks he isn't a US citizen and that he is a "state national". I bet he wears them because he gets free meals that some restaurents offer to military and he thinks it makes him look important.
Way too many chances for this fool
Contempt. Please.
He cannot shut his mouth and Judge gave him many many chances
Way too many
I don't believe for a second he's actually in the army.
Contempt charges should be applied MUCH sooner! One warning, then handcuffs should go on.
Absolutely, she threatens and threatens and caves almost every time, after the 2nd disruption she should have had him removed. It seemed like the deputy made the decision to finally take him.
Judge Webster is just too nice sometimes.
he earned 30 days contempt
This guy is as dimwitted as they get.
Why threaten to put him in jail? Do it already. And who told these idiots that they can plea as a sovereign citizen? They get shut down immediately every time
Is he national guard? Cause that haircut would be considered "fadish" under AR 670-1.
No he isn't National Guard, he is barely able to dress himself and can't understand the speeding and no insurance charges, he has probably been in a Goodwill shop found the jacket with his name on it and run with it, no doubt trying to get military discounts where ever he goes.
@@johnharling5246 Either that or a surplus store. Lots of those around and lots of name tags in em, especially for a super common name like Johnson.
It almost looks like a recruiter badge on his left front (the right as you look). With the bullwinkle badge (Air Assault) above the US Army tape.
I doubt any of that is true.
If he was in, he must have landed on his head a few too many times. I doubt he was Military Police (maybe supply), or a Recruiter (don't you have to be an NCO still/these days?),(maybe a clerk until PCS/Chapter out).
I can undoubtedly 100% assure you all that this soldier is in the Army (in my unit)…
The charges in the video aren’t even the tip of the iceberg with this individual…
and I can assure you that his CoC is tracking
Wow hang on hang on, if he is a sovcit, how the heck is he in the army, seems like a big problem to me.
You have to wonder if he talks like this to his commanding officer. No respect given.
This man is insufferable!!! I can't see him being in the Army... he just can't be that disrespectful to the judge!! He is totally dishonorable without any respect at all.
Hold him in contempt!!!
Judges should remind them that they are to be held to the same standard as attorneys.
"I do not understand the nature of the charges"
"an attorney would."
Judge Webster has had enough of these people finally!

He has, instead, a right to be *INFORMED* of the nature and cause of the proceedings against him. If they inform him and he still insists that he doesn't understand it, that's not their problem!
$1000 cash bond?! He must have a history of traffic offenses considering all the PR bonds these judges hand out nowadays.

Why was she so reluctant to have the deputies take him into custody? Most of these fools change their tune once they are behind bars, even if just for the night. So, save Kansas a lot of hassle, hold him overnight and see if he "understands the nature and the cause". (sigh) Oh, and run his ID with Homeland Security to see if he's a veteran (or worse yet, still in the service). I'm guessing he got that uniform from some thrift store because he saw his name on it.
