And had at that point already worked for Interplay for a whole decade
Knew this guy before he started, glad to see he made it work.

This is a pretty cool find
So, I realize I'm the title holder of Tactics's biggest fan, but seriously guys. Go try it. It is literally the best of the original Fallout games. It doesn't have the dialogue, because it didn't have the original writers; but if you want a game that has the gameplay and art down, then Tactics is for you. You want vehicles in your Fallout? There's vehicles. You can drive them. You can park your car on a deathclaw and shoot it to death while it's helpless. You wanna change the wasteland? You don't really get to play around in the aftermath, but you will change it. You wanna see art that somehow still holds up after like twenty years of development? Tactics, baby. Tactics.
Glad there are still plenty of us around preaching about Tactics. I loved the game when it came out and played it though countless times. It had it's flaws but all the games do. Tactics is the only Fallout game where I didn't want it to end, standing by the calculator ready to get the ending screen but I'd always take a few minutes to think about the journey and how I'd love for an extra few high level missions.
