Both of them have high recharge speed but CiTC is even faster. You can play it recklessly and can easily spam them than Kai

Who is a stronger boss killer then luffy that actually is usable like this? Balrog and lasvoss come to mind but they can’t do what luffy is doing here.
The strats here are undeniably only for luffy but balrog deserves a better title than berserker and balrog in my opinion should be boss killer since his atk to kill bosses is way higher and if you want to kill long range bosses then thats where you'll use luffy but balrog with his insane dps shreds millions of stages
@@immortalyukimura9970 well they are used for the same thing (shredding bosses) if you dont have balrog and have luffy use luffy. If you dont have luffy and got balrog use balrog. They are both substitutes
