I already commented, but gonna comment again, because this video literally saved me.
Those settings he talks about were already turned on on my PC. I ticked them off and did the whole process all over again, turning those settings on again.
It worked.
And I hope this helps someone like it helped me.

@@jsvier6718 there is no way to fix it. Pay someone to fix, you cant solve it by urself. I tried to fix it by myself and now my notebook is gone. Rest in peace mr notebook

Hi saw yiur video. Will this work on the Samsung Galaxy book S. The laptop shut down while update was going. Now it stuck on samsung logo. Keep going offhand back to Lago over and over again. Tried bootable usb recovery. Doesn't work. Tried F4
Nothing. Samsung wanted $599 to fix cause it was 49 days out of warranty.

Unlike other CPU or pc hat beeps when your hard disk is inactive my Samsung pc😅 kept showing me all boot option tried and stuff.
The thing is if sure lucky ur hard drive must have shifted I opened my system removed my hard drive and inserted it again then it started working.
If after this video and reinserting ur hard drive and nothing still changes its possible ur hard drive must have crashed or spoilt.
Note I think this is only unique to Samsung PC .
If things still don't go well I advise u take it to a Samsung center
