I love how ridiculous the tool jumpscares are. The devs got a lot of humour
Not to mention a kid took a bite out of Fredbear's face instead of the other way around 😂
@@sophitiaofhyrule I loved that, it's so stupid in the best ways.
I remember I used to have a classmate who would make up stories about how "the fan jumpscared him in FNAF 2" or "Toy Chica's cupcake jumpscared me"
He was obviously making it all up to get attention but this reminded me so much of it
@@sophitiaofhyrule Country places are something else, no animatronics have power over there
The switch death screen killed me
My bet is that they tested Full Course internally, but thought it would be too hard for most people to beat, so they had the difficulty increase as the orders progress. Full Course probably starts at 10 or so, progressing to 20 around Course 3 where you start really noticing the pressure. Manually setting the difficulty to 20 makes them as aggressive as possible right at the start.
Maybe it's more because the animatronics aren't all active from the start. Threadbear doesn't even go around until Order 2 starts.
Makes it similar to FNAF. In the first game at least, animatronic difficulty increases as the night progresses.
@@maiselph7456 I mean, sure. But 4/20 is just...4/20. All four AIs start at 20 and any increase over 20 has no actual effect on the AI. So for all intents and purposes, making it the 4/20 equivalent scale in difficulty as the night progresses is a departure form how FNAF 1 works.
@@maiselph7456 all the fnaf games scale like that in non-custom nights iirc
@@RenShinomiya121 That's what they said.
What I really enjoy about this game is the fail states that are not an immediate game over. Threadbear getting stuck, Foxy biting wires, Freddy losing his head, any one getting on the conveyer. All things that are not great, but you can recover and finish a night after they happen to you.
The only one that is the most unrecoverable seems to be foxy biting the wires, unless it's almost over. Backup power cameras are rough.
the sheer genius of the threadbear pun being a pun of fredbear and threadbare actually blows my mind
Damn brother maybe you should get out more?
@@JohnDoe-hj9fh
threadbear isn't out there
This may sound kinda weird, but I find this game very satisfying. Maybe it's the visuals, the high quality graphics, smooth movement of the animatronics and tools, the art style, etc. It might also be the audio, specifically the jumpscare sound effects I for some reason really like. I'm not sure why I find it satisfying, I just do. I really like this game
for me it’s the audio. it’s so crisp and tactile sounding it makes the game a really fun watch
That's how I've always felt about Fnaf 3, that game was always so satisfying to me
I love the jumpscare sound to this game
The in-camera buttons have a really good click to them imo
This fangame was made to be 'played'. It isn't memorizing a cheese (e.g. fnaf 2) but more about a player's skill!
It’s actually impressive that years and years later, FNAF Fangames continue to improve and prove how unique they are more and more. Love the creativity of this community if nothing else.
Indeed
Some of these could be their own standalone games with how creative their gameplay is
@@maiselph7456fnaflikes. new genre
@@maiselph7456that's something incredible, i would have loved If they just changed It a bit and made It as an actual indie game, because the game is too good for a random fangame that the dev won't be paid anything for

Spiff, I had a dream where my brothers came over for Christmas. And then you arrived, promptly making ketchup cake for us. It felt like a strange reunion with someone I had never met IRL. Then, you were in a rush to leave, and I was not able to obtain a picture with you to remember the time, and I woke up sad this morning without remembering why for like half an hour, and then I recalled the ketchup cake part which led me to remembering the whole nonsensical but still cool dream in which I got to meet you. A hell of a day that dream set me up to have, today feels so weird.
Some tips for anyone else who want to beat 5/20 (without stucky):
- It only takes 8% of power to defend each attack (side vent takes 12% and thread bear 30-40%)
- Only check cam 5,6,7,9,10
- Focus on the Freddy, Foxy. They will kill your run.
- Multi tasking is the key
+ The game always send multiple animatronics at the same time
+ Don't wait for the animatronics to leave, always check on other things.
+ Pre-close door if you know something is coming. Like madge Foxy, Freddy in the vent because they are lighting fast
+ Similarly, you can preshock Foxy if he's in stage 2 and you're going offcam to deal with bonnie
+ You don't have to deal with bonnie and china immediately when they in you're office, always try to deal with Foxy or Freddy first
ah yes, my favorite animatronic, china
Good tips

I love this fangame it's just so full of life and humor. You can shoot Chica, Decapitate Freddy, cockblock Foxy and Get Jumpscared by a Lever. All while some guy in the other room ignores your suffering.
Standard life as a fast food worker.
You can really tell this game was made with love and care, and it shows.
It is just not scary. Just well made and it shows.
@@TheDiner50Butts its fun to play which is the most important part.
@@TheDiner50 Fortunately it didn't try too hard to be scary even if it wasn't. It did what it wanted to do and did it well
@@TheDiner50Imo gameplay is way more important than trying to replicate the overdone fnaf type of horror. This game is better just because of gameplay alone.
It was made by Garratt McKay (also known as GarrettTube), and if that name sounds familiar, he indeed was the guy who made FNAF fangame gems like Fredbear's Fright and Fredbear and Friends: Left to Rot
This is just a theory of mine, but I think the way headless Freddy is able to get to the office despite having no head is that there’s possibly a remote tracker or something similar that Freddy’s body traces and locks onto the signal of
Dude got shot right at his desk for being right
I don't think the developer gave it that much thought but sure
I think the FBI silenced him

hi frog
quick tip on haunting roulette for those of you who didn't notice: what's being haunted is flashing in front of the screen e.g. the power button will flash across or the gun ect.
Another telltale sign might also be that there is an imminent threat requiring that tool. So vent freddy when the fan is haunted, bonnie at the door for the power button and chica coming up for the gun.
Also, it's each controlled shocker use that increases power load rather than the time based mechanic Spiff thought it had in the video, so playing the guessing game is a legitimately bad idea.
Its also based on the nearst threat in the office if you see chika hit the gun if you see boni hit the button and if you see freedy hit the vent if you see or hear none of them hit the lever
insane that this guy can master every fnaf game known to man
And in record time too
I think that award goes to dawko and fusionzgamer actually.
Yuh
@@skeletonking27them as well, he's more recent to them but indeed
He said on stream that he's considering returning to post-shift 2 PRE patch because he wants the full sickening experience.
Ok, the fact that you stream on twitch to purposely keep the viewer count low so you can engage with them better is super cute. Today I was actually able to catch your stream for once and it was such a nice chill time. Keep up the great work!
Sounds like a chill vibe tbh
I need to catch one of his streams lol especially if it’s super chill seems fun
It looks like the haunted tool flashes on screen to tell you which one is haunted.
You can see flashes of the switch or gun whenever they get haunted.
Shocking the gun while Chika is trying to showdown also seems to scare her away as she uses the opportunity to jump you while you're disarmed
Sometimes I can very clearly make out the word "POWER" on the button, the lever's "track", and the Pop gun's piston thingy on the back in the hallucinations, so yeah. If you are perceptive, you can tell which one it is immediately (Also seems like an animatronic always arrives whenever a tool gets haunted, so another good bet if you missed the vision and can't hear the humming would be to zap wildly at whatever tool has an animatronic right now)
May as well make a list of all the visions I've seen, may be one or two that I missed or decided not to put in because you didn't actually see the vision, just the taze.
3:50 - Lever, note the eyes in the vent running away, presumably Foxy
5:08 - Gun [JUMPSCARE], note the presence of Chica making you want to pick it up.
6:01 - VERY difficult to make out, but you can see the spinning vent fan with Freddy inside the vent too.
6:56 - Vent Fan
7:15 - Conveyor Lever
8:47 - Pop Gun
9:13 - Power Button, note the presence of Bonnie.
9:26 - Conveyor Lever
9:44 - Pop Gun, followed by Conveyor Lever [JUMPSCARE]
10:55 - Conveyor Lever
11:21 - Power Button, followed by Order 3 [JUMPSCARE... kinda]
@@shibainu2528 I'm pretty sure it's not that the haunting summons an animatronic, it's just that there's a chance that whenever an animatronic shows up they'll need to be shocked instead of their usual method.
@@jasan9973 So in other words
A vision means there is an animatronic there, but an animatronic doesn't guarantee a vision.
I really like how Chica looks in this one. The cowboy (cowgirl?) attire fits her nicely, and that mischievous look she gives you when you shoot her...
I don't know, it just clicks with me.
Cowbird
Birdgirl?
Possible explanation on why turning off lights increase powerload. I could be entirely wrong, and chances are they weren't thinking of this when they made the mechanic.
Basically, let's say these lights are old and powerhogs. When turning them off, you have to reroute that power elsewhere, and if done too much, it trips a breaker, which now had to be turned back on.
I may get a few things wrong since I'm an undergrad in electrical engineering, but...
That theory could work if there were a local turbine generator, especially an older model, but if it were connected to grid power, then this unfortunately wouldn't be the case.
If it were a generator, then you might have to redirect power somewhere else to prevent damage to it, but modern generators have control systems that prevent this from happening.
If it's connected to grid power, then standard rules of electricity should apply where when a circuit is opened (disconnected) then no power will be drawn.
You could also argue terrible wiring where when the lights are turned off it actually causes a short, which can be a serious fire hazard while also increasing power consumption.
regarding the "laying in bed awake too long causes me to sneeze, why?" heres a unrelated sneezing condition ill loop back to.
did you know that for some people, when they look at the sun, they sneeze? it generally comes from the big shift of dark to very bright.
The reason this happens, is because the nose nerve, otherwise known as the "trigeminal nerve" sits very close to the optic nerve. For some people so close it juuuuuust about touches eachother. This means that when they look at the sun, it sends a really strong and sudden signal through the optic nerve, which leaks over to the trigeminal nerve, telling your brain that the sun is up your nose, so you sneeze.
Basically, your odd condition might be related to some nerve activating when you do that, and it sits a little too close to your trigeminal nerve.
That's normal though? If I need to sneeze and just can't looking into a bright light is one way to make myself sneeze. Basically everyone I know is the same way.
@@quartz_gg9090 its certainly not uncommon, my brother is the same! But no, id not describe it as the standard. I certainly dont work that way. Same with most people I know.
@@bjorn0411582 Man, that 0.001% DNA difference between people really does a lotta work doesn't it. Well I learned today.
@@quartz_gg9090 Nope, it varies by person. Lights don't make me sneeze, and among the people I know it seems to be more of a minority.
yeah that happens to me
The real secret to beating this game is to preemptively install fake rubber wires and hide the real wires so Foxy feels accomplished and is distracted all night.
As a Canadian I can say the amount of times I have to shovel my basement steps jut to get to the carpet and cry is insane
I think the idea of adding mechanics to the post game is insanely cool.
yeah, most fnaf fangame nowadays add mechanics to the main gameplay loop which complicates stuff.
I love how smart this game is with its mechanics. There's a point to stopping the animatronics ahead of time instead of waiting for the last second
I'm so glad you got the haunted gun jumpscare, probably one of my favorite jumpscares in any fnaf piece of media
Do you think ol' phone guy sorta just talks to the animatronics like pets when they come through?
Like, he sees Threadbear and just goes, "Well, howdy old boy. How ya doin' buddy?"
chica is the silliest fr fr, she doesnt even look scary, just mildly pissed off when you hit her and she goes back down
if she had a voice line id guess it would be "i'll get you next time......" menacingly
Out of every animatronic, she's the one that is probably having the most fun. Given she has a built in "showdown mode", she's probably at the very least somewhat competitive, so this whole thing is a chance for her to both prove her skills, while also having someone to challenge her beyond her normal game. Because at the end of the day, what is this game, and by extension all of FNAF/ FNAF Fangames, if not an almost decade long duel between player and animatronic?
ik this is a cold ass take but this is probably one of the best fnaf games ever made. The game just dropped outta nowhere with 0 teasers or anything, and was really short and sweet but filled to the brim with content. The only downside really is that the nights are just a little bit too long and that it isn't that scary.
I think this every video but i never comment: the editing is so good, like for real. I love how the video is basically made of up highlights of the stream while still keeping most of the original context for a decent video length, how Spiff makes an effort to explain what's going on and seque smoothly between parts of the video, how he keeps up general silliness but stays on task too-- he even points out the silly mistakes he didnt catch while playing the game that lead to a game over, just to make sure we also caught it!
This isnt mentioning how well spiff is as a streamer too!! How hes contantly engaging us with stories and chatting while keeping up great gameplay!! He makes me want to watch things im not even interested in!!
Love love love watching these videos, and im excited for more! Keep up the great work 👍
Yeah!!!! This is why Spiff is one of my all time favourite RUclipsrs. :)
The main theme of this game is "Be quick on the draw" and i love the irony. you have to be fast to catch the bears, other wise they lose their head and you have to be checking more. its balancing speed with keeping a cool head so you don't do stuff like shoot chica early or turn on lights and open vents to quickly.
Can't wait for his reaction when he realizes that theres an extra max custom night
woag.
What?
h u h
you're joking, surely?
No way.
This is a downright charming game. Not very scary - but REALLY funny and clever!
This game is probbably one of if not the best fnaf fan game I have seen so far.
It captures the original fnaf trilligy so well.
The only thing its's missing is the horrer aspect but then again it's not trying to.
Unironicly It's like the southern causin of the fnaf universe. A little more wacky looking but under the hood it had just as much care and polish as the originals.
I actually kinda like the fact that it's not horror whatsoever, makes it stand out in a way
(Plus, I think it's kinda funny that they're just doing this because they're assholes and want to make your life harder)
@@KayokoSudou Agreed. After how long people have taken FNAF seriously, the less serious aspects of games like this are big for the feel of these games. Sorta like slasher movies being cheesy, they lose something if they're too serious.
@@dbeast03 Yeah that might be true to some aspect but I always liked fnaf for it's mysteries and theories. It's kinda hard to make a story on those principles if the dev doesn't have a strict poker face about it.
That being said this game is pretty good without it.
@@DoubsGaming I dunno, as the fnaf lore gets increasingly more convoluted by the day, sometimes it's really nice to see a fangame that doesn't bother to match it and just focuses a really solid style and gameplay loop
I think the most impressive thing about this game is how you can mess up without dying
if foxy gets to your cams you're as good as dead but you're still living
if freddy gets decapitated he'd be pissed but you're still able to win
if anyone makes it onto the conveyor instead of getting doored out you can still sacrifice a big chunk of power getting them away
normally with fnaf games if you make 1 mistake you die but this game lets you slip up a few times and punishes you reasonably for it without it being instant uncounterable death
Regarding the 21 idea, it’s interesting that you say that. The way that those numbers work in the original FNaF is that it’s a movement chance. The computer picks a number between 1 and 20 and if it’s below the threat level they move. Presumably this means that a number above 20 gives them multiple chances to move.
I'm pretty sure difficulty 21 would work exactly the same as 20, since the difficulty number is used as a "is it lower or equal than Difficulty Value?" check on a d20 roll. They would still succeed on all movement opportunities on whatever number above 20 on the same timer between movements, no matter if diff=20 or 99999

@@thefelipeg08 It would be the same, the point Spiff made was that it should be symbolic. Even if the 21 functions the exact same mechanically, the way the difficulty is curved in the preset 2020 continues to make that night objectively easier.
I love that you are basically just a Chuckeee cheeses employee trying to make orders and survive
hearing the dung defenders theme at 39:18 was such a fun surprise, its crazy how well it fits there yet I havent seen other youtubers use it
I just noticed it a few seconds after
I actually enjoy that you’re on twitch even though I don’t have it. Listening to you talk to chat makes everything fun and interesting
Me waiting for spiff to say "Holy balls chat"
12:18 Also strikingly similar to Texas, because everyone in charge doesn't know jack shit about preparing for Winter. Especially when it comes to plumbing and electricity.
They ought to have figured it out after that winter their "infinite" renewable energy ran out and people froze to death in their homes.
There are few pieces of simple visual comedy as funny as foxy looking at those goddamn wires
my guess for full course vs custom 5/20 is that for full course they ramp up to 20 throughout the night where custom they just fully, from the get go are at 20. Hence why on Full Course, at "4pm" they got really brutal.
I love the mindset to not change platforms because you wouldn't be able to interact as much, freaking love you Split
Chuck E. Cheese distancing itself from FNAF but still using FNAF in their ads indicating they had researched it reminds me of when PETA put out a Pokemon spoof to show how evil it is as basically a magical animal abuse simulator, but the spoof was actually a decent recreation of the Pokemon battle engine suggesting that PETA, too, had done a suspicious amount of hands-on research into this thing they hate.
Dimples on a golf ball create a thin turbulent boundary layer of air that clings to the ball's surface. This allows the smoothly flowing air to follow the ball's surface a little farther around the back side of the ball, thereby decreasing the size of the wake.
When technoblade (rip a real one) was alive, he was able to get up to like a million current viewers on his videos on his RUclips streams. and it was like consistently a million. It was crazy
When a tool get's haunted, it has its own animation to show which tool is haunted briefly on the screen. Though it doesn't seem like there is a buzzing sound for them.

*A Bite at Freddy's:* Trolls you with the haunted basket jumpscare
*Satan:* I just wanted to say I'm a huge fan.
I really like the design, aesthetic, and unique gameplay of this fan game. But darn do I wish they had used something like a laser firing cowboy revolver for the Chica pistols. That fat ball gun looks goofy af. The sound effects for that encounter could have been better and had a more cowboy themed music bite. Something like the whistle at the beginning of the good, the bad and the ugly.
39:20 I’m loving the fact that so many creators I watch are using the hollow knight soundtrack
This one specifically (Dung Defender Theme) is one of my favorites
Omg same! I always get so excited when I hear hollow knight music, my face literally goes :D every time hahah
Found out today that my friend who drives me to school has Astral spiff videos downloaded to play over his radio as he drives....
As a Texan I can confirm we call everyone partner (no we don’t)
But seriously this place kind of reminds me of a burger place I been to.
Congrats on 700k spiff! You’re genuinely such a great streamer/youtuber and deserve all those subs and many many more. Keep it up
on the streaming platform thing mentioned in the video, wonder if he might simulcast now that Twitch allows it. getting the youtube VOD and audience and twitch chat combined is just simply the best of both worlds, the only downside being meshing chats together or having to choose to read one
It would be funny if in the extras menu they showed the model with Freddy with no head, and if hir were named “Talkshow Freddy with no heady”
37:30
I'm guessing the game's audio engine was in a weird, somewhat corrupt state
When the audio setup changes, the audio engine has to reload, meaning it probably just fixed itself as a result
Spiff bouta beat every single fnaf fan game at this point

You should try Voices of the Void. Horror game with each night having a random event that you need to deal with. only downside is the unintuitive items and controls.
I wouldn't say the random events happen every night, nor would you have to deal with them. Except when the servers go down in the middle of the night.

This game is nearly A++. Just need to speedup the early slow nights a little, and get some good background ambiance. Maybe the faint sound of news music or some banjo ala L4D2. The soundscape seems rather empty as is. Regardless, still miles above most others in polish and design.
You might be able to get a different reward from un-haunting the baker at the end of the taser challenge
Yep, the animatronics look like the Foxbox model by weasel gear on vrchat. I absolutely love it.
