I would tape the cord to the side of the heater just so the cable isn’t hanging. For the cable on the ground tape against the baseboard. Use white electrical tape. Ive seen the cord hiders but not sure if you have to screw those on top of the baseboard

You could use nails to secure the cord along the white floor board, then that way it would blend it and you wouldn’t notice it as much.

Why don’t you grab the cord wrap it around the Ac unit and tape it to the side that’s closer to the wall.......
Velcro strap or cable tie will work to hide the cord.
I like the hair turn out good.. long hair looks pretty on you you should go long more often
