A good solution to not having the goodies cart for the package and postal delivery employees is to create goodies bags leave them in your car. When u see a delivery person , give them a goodies bag. And when you go and send package give a out some goodies bags. Just a suggestion .

I FELT that November was hard for me, I celebrated my birthday on Thanksgiving as well I was so emotional, I had the worst month and my birthday I felt so alone with me and my little family, we were dealing with situations left and right last month never ending stress and not to mention how fast it November came and went! Why not buy an apartment building? Four unit maybe? Tenants pay the mortgage, you live rent free! You can write off the interest rate on your taxes. I oversimplified that a lot but worth looking into!
Don't do that 😊. Tenants are the hardest to get rid of, they tear up your property. Buy a house. Flip a house. I did it at 28 and it's lucrative.
Both opinions are worth to consider I work in real estate, great investment 💰

Since you can’t leave the delivery food cart at your door. Ask your apartment management if you could do a cart at the front desk for the delivery workers.

Hi sweetie, by law a landlord is not suppose to raise the rent that high yearly. You can call your local city ordinance office and they can inform you the percentage that is legal in your area.

I loved this video. I definitely would not pay an additional $500. That is waaaay too much of an increase at one time. I think landlords are taking advantage because home mortgage rates have increased. So less people buying.

That's insane a $500 rent increase with new lease I've never heard of such how is that legal I thought there was a percentage corporations could increase each year I definitely would not be paying that absolutely not.
Negotiate that $500. Most apartment complexes will prefer to negotiate then lose you and refund a security deposit especially if your a great tenant.
