The Journey two babies albino cockatiel named Floppy & Fico
from hatching until they can fly and do some basic tricks

To anyone who uses food to train baby cockatiels: Don’t make them go hungry and then train them. They’re babies, babies just want fun and to feel protected. Don’t push them too hard.

dude training a bird need food and parrots are diffrent not like other animals that will be bonded if you keep it full always parrots need to be hungry but if the bird comes to you when its full it means you and your bird are bonded.
I use my other birds to train my baby bird to fly to me..

I remember my parent tiels doing the rocking from side to side, when I peaked in looking at the eggs. They used to rock and also “hissed”, like a snake. Defo a defensive action in protecting their eggs / babies. Lovely video of your birdies. 😄
My cockatiel did the same to me- everytime they rock I always think there dancing and its adorable ^w^

Can't think of a name did u do research on them because they need a lot of attention, a large cage, and right food. You can't leave them alone for like 7 hour work times you have to stay because some cockatiels who don't get enough attention may be very angry or depressed. Which is very unhealthy for them.

I had my cockatiel Baby from 1992 til 2006. When I was in grad school, she lived in my office, uncaged. I loved her so much!
This is so sweet! It gives me heart that there are other Indonesians who treat their pets like family members and not like property -- especially birds. It's too often that I pass by so many just cooped up in tiny cages and it breaks my freakin' heart.

their not really albino since they can reproduce, but its a moot point lol.
they are however a color mutation in cockatiels called a white face luntio which is pretty much the same thing .

All Albino Cockatiel are awesome! I got 1 Girl, Kori (Ice) & a Boy, Kei (Snow). They are about 6 years old. Kei is super sweet and Kori is naughty but sweet.
I think the babies were just fighting their whole CHILDHOOD :3 XD
I remembered my cockatiel when he was still a baby! When hungry he cry's a lot, I remembered the first time he sings, the first time to fly to me, the first time he managed him self to hold on his perched, first time flying to me, and first time traveling and having a vacation.! I miss my old baby bird!🐣🐣🐤🐥

I'm thinking about buying a cockatiel since a few months and I think that I soon will have learned enough about these animals to be able to take care of them. Realy cute birds. When they are white they could be used as white doves for weddings. The feathers on the head are of course completely normal for doves.

At 0:47 what does it mean when the other bird is rocking back and forth? my cockatiels laid two eggs and I saw the female doing this a while later, so what does that rocking motion mean?
Mariana Estrada-Salas This may be a little late but what I've seen in tiels, that's an attack stance, they're probably afraid you'll hurt their babies and are protecting them
Mariana Estrada-Salas You'll see it a lot when they are nesting like that, but no eggs are around, same with infertile eggs. My girl does that a lot.
I know a lot about cockatiels and birds in general... I keep my own sanctuary for animals (mostly birds). They do this if you are close or afraid you will hurt your eggs... They spread their wings to make themselves look bigger and more fierce. Mostly males do it... And even if you weren't close they are probably:
1. Over-protective of their eggs
Or
2. They are showing love and attractiveness to the female. (If it is a male)
Though "two" will probably not be the case, since the female has already laid eggs. But, he could be doing it for a sign of; I want more eggs.

P.S If they are doing it they are probably (and most likely) making the crying sound that babies make when they are hungry.

Came here to say not albino... but good job on the video! AMAZING. I have cockatiels too and wanted to film this kind of video but the egg never hatched :/. So they are whitefaced lutino not albino - one of the 15 colour mutations.
Alrikins M you couldn't exactly see the redness of the eyes, since a cockatiel normally is black eyes, so it's just a red tinged black which is difficult to notice, but I could see they had red tinged eyes

If it didn’t hatch it probably was a pretend egg. When females have a nest box or so,e sot of that they don’t need t9 mate to lay pretend eggs. Pretend eggs mean there is nothing inside

Well this made me cry like a baby. My 27 year old (we think) white face lutino cockatiel "Max" passed away on the 1st and he was such a good bird. Never had him as a baby but he sure acted like one sometimes 😞

There is no such things Albino Cockatiel. They are actually white face lutino If you name them according to their mutation. But coz they are white and have red eyes people call them albino. Btw these are black eyes albinos.

I have 6 cockatiels and two of the six are those that went through the same thing these poor little buggas did. Its nice to know theres another person that takes care of their birds well. Good job m8, you are a legend. Those two chicks that i have are a rare breed called 'sunburst' cockatiel and are aparrently very valuable. But i wouldnt give any of my animals for the world.
