"Bridge Collapse" means "ship strike causing destruction of the bridge". Report accurately.
Also known as a "bridge collapse"
So… a bridge collapse? Idk what your issue is but it’s a weird one.
Accidentally or not, *criminal charges* should be filed for those responsible for the loss of lives.
The ship was 🇸🇬 Singaporean-flagged and Singaporean-owned.
- It's noted that this same vessel had failed its propeller and involved in a similar accident few years back.
Maybe the ships engineer switched the clean burning fuel to the ocean going thick ballast bunkering fuel too quickly causing engine shut down. The ships are not allowed to burn bunkering fuel within territorial waters.
If it was an accident then NO ONE was responsible for the loss of lives! 🙄
@@john8451There is something called "manslaughter" charge for accidents.
Similar accident ? On what planet ? Get that lie from Fox ?
Negligence of the crew
When a new bridge is constructed surround each pier between which ships pass with what is tantamount to an oval-shaped island of rock and soil about 200 feet long in the direction of travel and 100 feet wide. A coffer dam on the perimeter makes placement easy. A few piles driven into the seabed extending into each mass provides even greater stability. Material for each island dredged from the seabed benefits the channel. Relative to the cost of the bridge this is an inexpensive and effective solution that will prevent piers from being dislodged when bumped by the largest of container ships.
that IS the Newer standard as you can see on the power line island just up stream of the bridge which was built about 50 years ago
That means you have to have a stronger structure to accommodate the longer span, doable But cost more.@@Plutogalaxy
Why do all the news agency"s have such big letters on the videos we can't see the photo or video? HELLO ! HELLO ! Wake up !
Because it's uploaded from their TV program, and TV's are usually further away than a laptop, pc monitor or smart phone, thus text needs to be bigger, but it can be annoying when watching the reupload on yt, especially when more people see this than the tv program
Is the whole crew still on the Dali or did they evacuate most of them?
They're actually stuck on that vessel, as a cover outbreak prevents them from leaving.
THE MORE YOU KNOW.
Looks like they are going to need a bigger crane. The left coast lift will lift 1,800 tons not 1,000. It was used on the new bay bridge
I expect thats why they mentioned more equipment is en route
The bridge will likely be open to submarine traffic soon.
Is it DEI Thursday?
🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Jeremy Herbert let 6 people die when he failed to clear the entire bridge, and then he was honored as a “hero”. Sick world we live in ! Kevin Burke would have cleared that bridge and Kevin Burke would have saved 6 souls with families and futures. MdTA should investigate why none of the Key Bridge officers cleared the bridge and allowed 6 people to die.
Me in sea of thieves 💀
Bro. I think you're gonna hit the bridge. Dude, nah, I got this
Chesapeake 1000 !? Sounds like an exercise bike.
Like everything else, Asia has bigger cranes (4000 ton) but they are busy loading cargo to ship to Walmart and Target.
Where's Donald J Trump? Why only immigrant workers on the bridge early morning?
he could fix it with his mind like the classified documents
Well Biden and son worked together on theirs.
Who's paying the bridge reparation ?
BLM
The US government according to Joe Biden.
Fed
Mayday! Dolly $#!T
Commercial divers needed pronto 😮
The harbour is still there, the bridge is not. Clear a channel, rebuild the bridge. What's the hold up?
Clearly, you have no clue how much work is involved, regardless of how well it's explained to you.
The original bridge took five years to build. I've heard it suggested by rushing at high priority it will "only" take 2 years. There is no quick solution.
What’s the hold up? Dude it’s only been a few days
Right and the first 3 were taken up by search and rescue/ recovery, then mapping and fact finding and investigations!!! @@Thapurp
No tax payers money 💰 should be used.
City of Baltimore should really consider building a bridge using 2x4 this time and painting it to look nice!
Censorship is the tool used when a lie loses power.
but our border is secure, right.
Are you kidding!? How does this accident have anything to do with the southern border? Geez.
Very secure, even an elephant can get through. We have the same down here in South Africa.
I think you are posting on the wrong channel, dude! 🙄
