Close to 2 months or more, most likely way more, for that to happen, IF they could clear their work schedule, which they wouldn't, as it would not look good on their reputation, for being, where, they said they would be!
This just means you take it out in smaller pieces.

@@DR_1_1Exactly, that's probably the largest someone could get on barge and to the site the quickest lol. But you're right, that is a big crane, but it's just dwarfed by the wreckage. That Liebherr 1300, weighs about 350 tons and can lift 300 tons in front of it's face, but it obviously won't have it's full capacity on the barge or reaching out. It's gonna take a bit to clear that, plus they have to figure out how to get all the concrete and asphalt out of there. Gonna be interesting to watch.

"Zhenhua 30" is the world's largest crane ship, and it is still the world's largest to this day. Its total weight reaches 140,000 tons, the single-arm lifting capacity is 12,000 tons, and the 360-degree full rotation lifting capacity also reaches 7,000 tons, and these theoretical values are not its limits, because during the test , it has lifted ships that are 110% higher than its maximum lifting capacity, so the data of "Zhenhua 30" is still a bit "conservative"

With months of repairs needed but only 3 days given, the still-crippled USS Yorktown was patched up, loaded with aircraft and sent out to win the Battle of Midway.
Stopping the Japanese was a national emergency so repairs were done quickly.
The blockage of this waterway is also a national emergency. There are many ways to quickly break this wreckage down enough to drag it clear of the channel. But who are "they" and are they motivated enough to do so?
What ever they do, someone is going to make money on this.

The power line may be a problem, a nice new directional drill might be needed. There is a 7000 ft drill under Charleston harbor to get from the Charlotte St sub to Patriots Point, it was made when the old bridge was replaced, but it was needed because the old line was on the old bridge. Something to consider, a ship hitting a line support would also cause some problems, and it could be a risk during the demo and new construction.
