Secound time putting sell order will became very challenging due to price will fall very fast and full day should see screen then can take advantage. Now a days OTM option price is very low so chances of SL hit became very high. Can take trade with one lot only but back test will not helpful

Thanks to Vivek sir for bringing such useful and worthy content. Good strategy. But for current low VIX(less than 14) it is giving very low premium of 4-6pts which is very risky. Better to use this only if VIX is on higher side so we have enough premium to sell. Hope everyone who has checked latest expiry agrees with it. We can have more comment on this if u have better view.

The biggest drawback of this system is the Stop Loss mechanism. Option prices spike like crazy the closer they are to expiry. 5 can become 20 in a matter of seconds so the actual stop loss amount can end up being more than what we have placed in the system.

You can only sell 2 lots now after complete margin removal with Capital of 2L which won't equate to 0.75-1% everytime because of the SL being hit a few times every month. It will mostly be around 0.35-0.5% on an average/week. So anyone watching this video after Sept 1, please analyse this difference before trading. (In the video, 10 lots were sold from 5L, but now you can only sell 5 lots, so just half the % return every week)

@@bija7566 You won't get much margin benefit anymore. Buying a ₹1 contract doesn't help anymore because brokerage softwares are now modified to account for the max risk you are taking; which doesn't get reduced by buying ₹1 contract.

@@webstartechno if you take 10 lots brokerage per leg will be around 50. If it is sl for 3 times. You'll end up taking position 6 times so total charges will be around 300.. Profit 10 points can give 500*10= 5000. Option selling is always a costly game and it doesn't work with 1-2 lots
@@fabbykinny2423 and buying option which is at INR 1 will give you Margin Benefit of nothing. All the margin one need to buy a option which is at INR 1 will be INR 50/lot only. strategy will work with some tweaks in it but that buying part, I found it useless. May be my knowledge is less.

Very impressive👍, I love this method, logic bring magic. This method use iron Condor means we have margin benifit with limited risk. 1:2 risk reward ratio. I do similar trading... take position on Wednesdays... simple stradle expires on thursday... my target is 0.4 - 0.6%... But if that is consistent and when we compound it to year and along with the interest of pledged liquid fund (5% per annum) - I get a decent output.... if u r not greedy, this is an option...
5% per annum is very less .. average inflation rate in india is 6.83% over last 10 years ... there are many strategies safe and with good risk management which give 30 to 50% yearly

It's great video..but one input is that in discount broker like zerodha and upstock 4 point have to be minus from total profit to reach breakeven as we are buying 1 rs ce and pe lot and we are selling 1 one lot of OTM ce and pe..so total point should be captured of 12-15 point as nifty lot size is also 50 now

I also do same . I just work 4 thrusday on bank nifty and finally just one trade also in equity option selling too , that is last expiry of each month. So i work only in 5 trades a day. Lol ye to mera saga bhai nikla. And this 36 % return is nothing. I know he might earn more than 36%. As per my experience anyone can easily earn about 52 % return per year.

Dear sell is initiated first to get the best selling premium , if buying will be done first then there would be slippage in selling premium. He is able to do that because he is having one crore capital
This is good if you have large capital. And instead FD I think this startegy is really good. And in a year if you just work on this startegy for 50 weekly expire full-time then even if you make 15-20% yearly then it's no bad. Thanks the option seller who really helped many people. Apart from sell price u can also place value in trigger price say 50 paise below as in this case. Which mean u order will only trigger once reached trigger price or below.

Tried it today. On 29 July 21 expiry. SL got hit in call one time time sold it again when it came back to original price just like you said. Eventually it became 0! Thanks option seller!

The biggest drawback of this system is the Stop Loss mechanism. Option prices spike like crazy the closer they are to expiry. 5 can become 20 in a matter of seconds so the actual stop loss amount can end up being more than what we have placed in the system.

You can only sell 2 lots now after complete margin removal with Capital of 2L which won't equate to 0.75-1% everytime because of the SL being hit a few times every month. It will mostly be around 0.35-0.5% on an average/week. So anyone watching this video after Sept 1, please analyse this difference before trading. (In the video, 10 lots were sold from 5L, but now you can only sell 5 lots, so just half the % return every week)

@@webstartechno if you take 10 lots brokerage per leg will be around 50. If it is sl for 3 times. You'll end up taking position 6 times so total charges will be around 300..
Profit 10 points can give 500*10= 5000.
Option selling is always a costly game and it doesn't work with 1-2 lots
@@fabbykinny2423 and buying option which is at INR 1 will give you Margin Benefit of nothing. All the margin one need to buy a option which is at INR 1 will be INR 50/lot only.
strategy will work with some tweaks in it but that buying part, I found it useless. May be my knowledge is less.

It's great video..but one input is that in discount broker like zerodha and upstock 4 point have to be minus from total profit to reach breakeven as we are buying 1 rs ce and pe lot and we are selling 1 one lot of OTM ce and pe..so total point should be captured of 12-15 point as nifty lot size is also 50 now

I also do same . I just work 4 thrusday on bank nifty and finally just one trade also in equity option selling too , that is last expiry of each month. So i work only in 5 trades a day. Lol ye to mera saga bhai nikla. And this 36 % return is nothing. I know he might earn more than 36%. As per my experience anyone can easily earn about 52 % return per year.

Dear sell is initiated first to get the best selling premium , if buying will be done first then there would be slippage in selling premium. He is able to do that because he is having one crore capital
This is good if you have large capital. And instead FD I think this startegy is really good. And in a year if you just work on this startegy for 50 weekly expire full-time then even if you make 15-20% yearly then it's no bad.

Strategy is good, Just 1 question @ 40.52 the slide shows the total ROI as 6.66% , but If we add up the individual month ROI's it comes to 4.19%.

That means probability of market spot price would not be spiking further which leads to hit stop loss of same candle price.

@@sureshg4039 this is true that I have an effective setup for f&o but as I said in my earlier comment before I made a huge losses...and now this is running my loss recovering phase from 7 months....now my this setup is in under observation till January....in February starting my capital was 4 lakh. But now it becomes 7.20 lakh
