Sana magkaroon ulit ng documentation about sa mangyayari ngayon sa Malampaya. Kung after 7 years sila padin ba yung mga nag lelead sa team nila. Napaka gandang opportunity na malaman ng bawat isa kung anong mangyayari sa lugar na to, as an aspiring Petroleum Engineer, ito ang dream work ko. Gusto kong maranasan tumungtong sa platform na to. Gusto kong ma achieve yung pangarap na yun.

Ganito ang training namin dito sa America, halos the same lang, I LOVE working offshore, ibang iba ang nature ng trabaho, at sagana sa pag kain, walang tag gutom dito, palaging busog ang mga tao dito, lalo na ang baker magaling sa kusina sa platform. I'll been doing this since 2003 hangang ngayon dito sa America sa BP THUNDERHORSE the biggest platform in the Gulf of Mexico.
Very nice documentary, mahuhay ang mga nag trabaho dito, I admire my co-SODEXO kahit san tayo sa remote na area ng mundo.

Nice documentary. I’m also working in offshore oil industry in UAE. A very risky field of work but brings vital resources to industry and is considered a treasure of a nation. Hopefully, in years to come, more oil and gas exploration in Philippines will be fully operational. More jobs and boost to our economy.

This is just amazing, our nation's assets and valued and well trained personnel. Pero kung meron tayo nito, bakit napaka mahal pa din ng power generation and consequently our monthly electric bills. Salamat sa video docu na ito.
....though these guys and gal makes so much money.... they went through an extensive and detailed oriented training...physically, emotionally and mentally....I'm sure at the end of the day At least one may have asked is it worthy? Thank you Ms. Sandra Aguinaldo, for taking the time doing this documentary.

Back on 2012 i had the most amazing experience in my life which i have never thought would happened. I flew to Saudi Arabia for work, and never expected that i would be assigned at Saudi Aramco's Offshore site.
Saudi Aramco is the largest, the richest, and the number one global supplier of Gas and Oil. Aramco is known as the most valuable company in the world amounting to around 1.3 trillion dollars.
I had worked at Marjan GOSP-II, the largest and the biggest GOSP in the world, around 10 times bigger than this Malampaya platform. Working there was like a dream as i never thought in my life that i would work such a tremendous work environment.
For me as an ordinary person i had only seen those gigantic platforms in the sea only on the television and movies. All-at-once i got there and experience what is like working in the middle of the sea. Truly amazing....

magandang makita mo ang mga pinoy ang gumagawa sa sariling bayan niya.kami parating nasa ibang bansa ang trabaho puro planta ng gas at oil,chemical plant ang mga nagagawa namin mga ofw.maraming taon na ang mga nakalipas pero tuloy tuloy pa rin ang mga bagong planta na itinatayo.OFW kami dito sa CENTRAL AREA FIELD COMPLEX CAFC Project,Sahara Desert,Algeria.Safety First.Daewoo E & C Company.

Tatlong beses na akong dumaan sa training na ito. Every 4 years ang validity ng BOSIET certificate na ito. Mahirap talaga ang ganitong training pero kailangan kasi ito lang ang puedeng makapagligtas sa iyo oras na may sakunang mangyari sa paglipad ng chopper papuntang platform. I started taking this kind of training year 2012, yung pangatlong beses ko ay iyung tinatawag nilang BOSIET with CA (Compressed Air) requirement ito if papunta ka sa mga lugar ng North Sea sa UK and this training is one of the requirements from our customer before you are allowed to go to their sites to perform your task ( in my case Im a vendor of platform electrical equipment-based in Singapore) so everytime na may support request from the customer namin, ayun pupuntahan namin ang ibat ibang platform sa mundo hehe...nakakakaba po ang pagpunta sa ganitong mga lugar lalo na sa mga hindi regular na workers ng oil rig tulad ko kasi paminsan minsan lang ang aming punta sa mga lugar na ito kasi as per request lang ang visit namin.
Kaya bilib din ako dito kay Sandra Aguinaldo, nakakakaba kaya ang ilubog ka sa tubig...hehe.
Im working in a platform supply vessel here in saudi. We are chartered by saudi aramco. I've been in different platforms all over gulf areas. Before I was assigned also in dubai working in DPC. After I watch this documentary i can say i am lucky that i was given a chance to work in the most gigantic oil drilling companies in the world.
Please get investors to fund Natural GAs exploration in West Philippine Seas and the Liguasan Marash in Maguindanao.

Nov.1 2021. I hope that there will be a substitute for the Malampaya because it's already running out and that will be a huge impact in the lives of the Filipino.
Sa wakas na docu nadin ang malampaya gas field. Nakakalungkot lang na kakarampot Lang napupunta sa gobyerno. Kung malaki ang kikitain dito Bakit hinahayaan lang ng gobyerno ang mga private firms ang makikinabang sa malaking pursyento sa kita. Hindi ba dapat mas malaki ang mapupunta sa government. Kung sa 10% ay umabot na sa billion ang kinita ng pinas nakakalula nmn ang kinita ng mga pribadong kumpanyang ito. In halos wala manlang naibalita saan napunta ang kinita sa malampaya. Npkaraming eskwelahan at kalsada sana ang napagawa.

Indeed daming corrupt sa gobyerno.. I have worked in major oil and gas companies in drilling and exploration department..There's Black gold almost everywhere, even in our neighboring countries like Vietnam, Indonesia,Malaysia, etc. My common questions to my superiors is why not explore the Philippines for our oil reserves, and the common answer that I constantly get is the reluctance of major investors due to our corrupt government.. I always pray that our govt will change for the better, Im pretty much sure our beloved Philippines being a 3rd world country will soon rise.May not be now but I hope soon,,
