Why would you stay healthy a different way during the holidays? The rules of working out and eating healthy still apply :D

+Carolin Rimer Well during the holiday season most people are indulging more and it's easy to just stop working out and it can be hard to stay motivated to workout. During the holidays there is a ton of unhealthy food around you and depriving yourself isn't a good idea. So I think a video about this would be helpful.

I loved all the looks in this especially the red dress as I feel that that is what I instantly think of during this season!
