    I am a 27 year old male battling with severe hair loss caused by my poor genetics. Our socio-cultural norms can make many of us feel inferior when we don't meet the typical conservative parameters of beauty set up by the society. I can feel how your have struggled with your emotions and at last accepted yourself. Kudos!! I wish I had the same courage and guts like you. Btw tons of appreciation and ❤ sister. You deserve the best.

    I got grey in my early 30s by 35 my entire crown were white. I always colored before that with some reds and burgundy, so I kept on coloring. Eventually I went to darker shades for more coverage. That was 13 years ago this year I went cold turkey. I got fed up of coloring every 2 weeks and stopped. I'm exactly 1 year in, my last color was last Christmas. It is a journey, I trimmed my gorgeous long hair a few times. It's now shoulder length and I'm almost there. Sadly I'm tired and I'm contemplating of coloring again. So I bought some semi permanent color today, burgundy brown. I'm confused now after seeing all these amazing transformations. What if I ruin my beautiful white hair... maybe I should do a tiny bit of strands and see... thank you for all the encouragement 🙏

      Yes, that will be a good idea. Though semipermanent colours wash out but still unpredictable on how they behave on our hair. Apply it on a small area and observe how it washes out and in how many washes. Best wishes! 😊

    Can you share some details about the diet(favourite foods, etc.), sleep routine, place you live and type of water you access, etc. Genes are only responsible for transferring general features like skin, eyes and hair colour, face contour/ shape, etc. I believe it's wrong to associate it with health issues. People of the same family are practicing something common that is resulting in the issue.
    My doubt is what you consider hereditary may actually have some external sources. Sharing your lifestyle details may help solve the mystery that people just cover up with gene theory and just live with it.

    Ma'am how henna spoiled ur hair.? could u plx elaborate

    • @sparklingsilvers
      @sparklingsilvers  6 месяцев назад

      Henna dries out hair. The more often you use it, the more hair becomes brittle and dry.
