    Badass man! Definitely excited to see it all done. Solid progress so far. Super rad you’re doing all this yourself that’s a hell of a project (and Noah) but I’m gonna call you out! When it’s done I wanna do some kind of race from the water tower to the top of the world in sand hollow against my F150! We’ll have to collab and make a fun video of that

      @austinsoffroadgarage I've had really good luck with the Diablo blades, and if they do break, it's always at the tang. A small drill bit, and a minute or so with the bench grinder and I make I new tang. Super easy.

    been waiting to see this install, looks sick. Also your welds look pretty good to me, I wouldn't be worried about it breaking.

    Have you changed your rack bushings, if not swap in some poly bushings and it will tighten up the steering a lot.

    • @dalandser562
      @dalandser562 8 месяцев назад +1

      Looked like he's replacing the whole rack with a new factory one - they come with 2/3 bushings. You just need to have the c-shaped one that doesn't come with a rack from Toyota.

    • @paulcleary8137
      @paulcleary8137 8 месяцев назад +1

      @@dalandser562 I saw that after I posted. I'd still swap in all poly bushings.

    • @austinsoffroadgarage
      @austinsoffroadgarage  8 месяцев назад

      Yes, I swapped the bushings with some energy suspension ones on the new rack. Thanks for looking out!
