We're seeing an interesting boom in absurdist/experimental comedy lately with Matan being one of the biggest up and coming. It's always fun to see people either love it or hate it with a passion (reminiscent of that Tim & Eric, Steve Brule, Eric Andre, Nathan Fielder, or even Filthy Frank wave of comedy). In my opinion, the best comedians are the comics comics (the ones fans are totally split on). Norm was a perfect example of this, I have friends that LOVE him or can't stand him. Casey Rocket is another relatively new one where he is effectively deconstructing comedy with his absurd stream-of-consciousness and generally chaotic/off beat style that not everyone is on board with, and that's what pushes the boundaries.
Fun fact: There are 11 days left in december. There are 10 days in January before he uploads. That is a total of 21 days. He is indeed taking 3 weeks off and not 2 weeks off.
💡AHA!! Now I get what Tom was always talking about! Nadav is one of the crafty J’s and a pretty great podcast producer. BUT he’s ALSO a total dork with the mentality of a 13-year-old boy - especially when he’s high asf. No hate.

9:51 That Whitney one was pretty awesome. I agree with Nadav that she was more natural and likable than she ever was (I actually like her anyway but she was great that one). I'll always remember Matan stealing Dave Smith's headphones and the "feud" he and Jason Ellis have. Rick Glassman was even out of his element and looked lost the entire time he was on 😅

I just started watching his channel about a week ago and I think I'm almost caught up lol A little awkward to watch, sometimes a little too immature, and sometimes it goes too far, but the kid is very funny (and mature in his views), and it's a different format... I like it overall. I can't stand Mike Mike though with those damn eyeballs. Gotta go, Long Neck is on his way here now for a visit.
The correct answer is Tosh show. Matan is so annoying, I can't even handle him, the only funny thing about him is him trying not to break on Bobby Lee.
