Malachite was definitely one of the strongest fusions the show ever introduced. Lapis is already a really strong gem so fusing with Jasper who is supposed to be the perfect Jasper who’s naturally really strong was always gonna make a very strong fusion. Just one of my favorite fusions design wise so creepy looking.

I fell in love with her for many things especially design but her additional Arms being Legs that look & act as Arms because we've never seen that for a Fusion is the top reason, Asphyxia Boss from Silent Hill Homecoming doesnt count despite having a horrific centipede human body with hands for feets for individual legs.
I agree with most of this list. I would just switch Malachite and Alexandrite. Alexandrite is definitely a powerhouse in her own right. Good thing jasper never met those villainous lapises in that one future episode 😭. A double lapis and healthy jasper fusion would have ended the show quick.
Malachite was strong, but it wasn’t necessarily her brute strength, but rather her coordination and mental unification. Also, note that Malachite was at this point fused for a long time. The fusion was consoldiated in a way. In contrast, Alexandrite was hastily fused only to beat Malachite. This, combined with the fact that most of the Crystal Gems' fusions are actually relatively unstable in comparison to fusions like Fluorite, makes it evident that mentally, Alexandrite was at a steep disadvantage, rendering her uncoordinated and unstable; attributed to her almost unfusing after getting beat up in the middle of the fight.
@@strasbourgeois1 makes no sense lmao, malachite was by far a much more unstable fusion and even then lapis was literally completely tired and exhausted and yet they were still beating alexandrite
@@zackz7563 Of course Malachite was unstable, but the Crystal Gems were obviously unsynchronized from the start. Malachite was far more stable in the sense that she was unified, because Lapis was subdued. Jasper had (presumably) near full control over Malachite.

I agree rainbow 1.0 is hard to rank, but I feel like since it's rose (pink) and pearl it would be much stronger than garnett. They had to keep the battle tense but if they fought near water realistically even Obsidian would have a hard time against Malachite, who can fly out of range and watch out for the bow. I would say that Sunstone would be above opal personally. In the Unleash the Light game, her move set is absolutely busted. And yes, the light games are canon.
I agree mostly. I would switch steg and topaz. Because steg is weaker due to more human dna and the fact that Greg doesn’t having any fighting skill. And Topaz must be pretty strong if they are entrusted to guard diamonds. I would also put garnet on top of smoky quartz, I feel like the experience is unmatched there, she was also able to fight jasper on the hand ship.
I’d put Rainbow 2.0 and Sunstone waaaay higher due to the fact that Sunstone should logically be stronger than Sugilite (physically) by a lot and the same goes for Rainbow being stronger than Opal logically
Rainbow Quartz original should've been much higher and higher than almost any fusion with Steven. She'd honestly be more powerful than Malachite but below Obsidian possibly. Malachite is stronger than Alexandrite.
13:51, no, Alexandrite didnt defeat Malaquite by its own, watermelons stevens just distracted Malaquite when she was about to defeat Alexandrite lol, if Malaquite ignored the watermelon stevens she would win so easy.
If we're talking for real so you should've said steven on the list. Steven isn't human. And isn't a gem. He's the first human-gem fusion. So steven himself is a fusion
One of the reasons corrupted gems seem stronger is because they dont hold back at all while when in their normal forms they could use those same powers they usually dont know how
I think I know why alexandrite has fire breath, both ruby and amethyst ( ruby especially) have pyrokenetic abilities, and since both of them are components of alexandrite so combine them together and combine it with the 2nd mouth you get fire breath. What do you think?
putting stevonnie below bluebird and then saying that bluebird could be "weaker than eyeball" when rubies are considered to be basically the weakest gems possible is absolutely insane.
@@zestytoad In the statement I was mostly referring to Aquamarine because of the OP wand she used. As in the two of them fighting together against Steven while not fused seems like it could've been more ideal. Not Eyeball alone being stronger than Bluebird. I guess the wording on my end could've been a tad better lol
i have a case for bluebird azurite being higher than stevonnie: you said that they made steven resort to turning pink, but his pink form isn’t like a super saiyan kind of thing. they work like all of his powers where it’s emotion based, he only turned pink because he was mad they threatened his dad. you’re right about them catching steven off guard but at the same time i think that’s all it is. steven being caught off guard. steven could definitely overpower bluebird, and with that i believe stevonnie is stronger than bluebird given their skills and especially given the fact that we don’t see stevonnie fighting during future when steven has a grasp on his diamond powers. Both Connie and Steven seem to be at their peak combat wise when they’re fused together, so with that and all the new abilities and his boost in power/combat since the movie and future. also other random thought; you mentioned that you don’t know why aquamarine doesn’t use her wand thingy, but i think during the RPG unleash the light it’s mentioned that all war weapons like destabilizers and stuff like that were taken away between the original series and the movie idk I don’t think stevonnie should be much higher on the list, but i definitely feel like bluebird should be lower than stevonnie also random nitpick (4:02) but steven wasn’t corrupted. Steven’s physical form is dependent on his mentality, so i’m pretty sure him turning into a monster worked similarly to his powers in “too many birthdays” where as he started to feel older he got older. as he started to feel like a monster he became a monster. if i recall garnet explains this in the episode
i think the clustrer's stronger than obsidian. obviously int he show we only see the limited form of the cluster, but even being limited they matched the strength of yellow diamon('s ship, but i want to think the ship's strength reflect's yellow's, and yellow diamond is the most battle-centred diamond). limited cluster also matched corrupted steven, but i think his corrpution form is interesting since he lost his humanity, both in the sense of him being half human and also the "humanity" that gems have. so his corruption form i think is fairer to look at as "corrupted diamond" rather than "corrupted steven" when comparing strength. the limited cluster being able to restrain him, even temporarily, is a giant feat, and i think corrupted steven would be on a similar power strength to obsidian, as it's comparing (corrupted diamond) VS (diamond mixed with human)+(ruby)+(sapphire)+(runt quartz)+(pearl). i think the OG cluster would solo obsidian. (get it..... solo..... aha...cuz theyre a fusion.................)
I don't know, it's been shown quite a lot that a fusion gets significantly stronger with a strong emotional bond. It's pretty clear in the show that almost nobody has a closer bond with Steven than Connie (except maybe Greg but, Steg isn't really supposed to be a fighter). Connie is an *extremely* experienced swordfighter and it's canon that Rose's sword is ridiculously powerful. Adding to that they were specially trained by Garnet in the ways of being a more perfect fusion. Even pre-Garnet's training they were able to hold their own against Jasper. I don't see why Stevonnie is so low on this list. I think at the very least they should be above Smoky, and possibly even above Sunstone but Sunstone gets the bonus of being very physically powerful whereas Stevonnie is agile and skilled, it really depends on what your ranking criteria are.
The cluster definitely wasnt immune to blue diamond's aura. You can hear them crying and see them starting to lose to Yellow. I assume they didnt immediately defuse bc quantity + i mean before fusion they were in massive pain trying to reform and also being shattered. So they likely had some resistance
It always sounded like grunting to me due to still being in the middle of arm wrestling Yellow's ship. But it's definitely possible it was actually crying there.
I don’t rlly agree fully with this list. At 10:29, Smoky went all the way up to garnet at full strength, so no not rlly physically weaker. Sugilite is also twice the height and size of sardonyx and Opal, she could easily crush them. But even then, Smoky has been the only fusion to show the pink super speed power. So she could secretly be the most powerful fight-wise. Alexandrite also struggled and nearly lost to Malachite if it weren’t for the watermelons Steven’s intervening, so I’m not gonna be biased and argue Malachite is weaker and Alexandrite is stronger cause I’d just be lying. It makes sense though, since Malachite was aggressive and Alexandrite has Pearl to add a sense of calmness to the fusion.
But Eyeball was using one of those mini swords that Ruby's carry around to cut Greg's hair off. Unless it's one of those things where they only had to give up the more broken weapons or because it's one she can summon from her gemstone 🤔
@@vgmarkis eyeball gets to have her chiseled knife because it directly comes from her gemstone and aquamarine 's wand doesn't come from her gemstone it's a non summoned weapon I think
Here’s a possible ranking of the characters from weakest to most powerful: 1. Jack Spicer • Abilities: Jack Spicer is a self-proclaimed “evil boy genius,” but his combat skills are weak among the main cast. He counts solely on his robotic inventions and gadgets. • Weaknesses: Lack of physical potential and usually serves as comic relief due to his recurring defeats. 2. Clay Bailey • Abilities: Clay has superhuman resilience and a high level of durability. His element is Earth, allowing him to manipulate stone and soil. • Weaknesses: While strong, he is not as graceful or fast as other characters. His potencies don’t always translate to victories in Xiaolin Showdowns. 3. Kimiko Tohomiko • Abilities: Kimiko is skilled in technology and has strong fire-based mastery. Her agility and intelligence make her an impeccable fighter. • Weaknesses: While graceful and powerful with fire, she doesn’t have the basic stamina that some of the other monks do. 4. Raimundo Pedrosa • Abilities: Raimundo, the Xiaolin Dragon of Wind, is very graceful and qualified in martial arts. His wind powers give him meaningful mobility and attack versatility. • Weaknesses: Raimundo tends to be self-absorbed and conceited, which sometimes impacts his decisions. 5. Omi • Abilities: Omi, the Xiaolin Dragon of Water, is one of the most skilled martial artists in the series. His mastery over water, intelligence, and disciplined training give him an advantage in battles. • Weaknesses: His self-confidence and lack of experience can sometimes lead to mistakes. 6. Chase Young • Abilities: Chase Young is one of the most problematic villains in the series. He has immortality capabilities, superior martial arts skills, and can transform into a dragon-like creature. His intelligence Shen Gong Wu and dark magic also give him an advantage. • Weaknesses: Chase’s reliance on his dark powers and his arrogance are potential descents. 7. Master Monk Guan • Abilities: Master Monk Guan is an exceptionally skilled warrior, known for his combat skills and deep smartness in martial arts and Shen Gong Wu. • Weaknesses: His strength especially lies in his experience and physical prowess, which might not be as diverse as some others in terms of magical abilities. 8. Hannibal Roy Bean • Abilities: Hannibal Roy Bean is a small but highly dangerous villain with immense knowledge of dark magic and manipulation. He can influence powerful characters like Chase Young. • Weaknesses: Despite his powers, his diminutive size and habit of manipulation over confrontation make him weaker in pure physical battles. 9. Wuya (Human Form) • Abilities: As a Heylin Witch, Wuya is highly knowledgeable in dark magic and spells. In her human form, her magical abilities are meaningfully more powerful. • Weaknesses: Her reliance on magic makes her vulnerable when she lacks access to her powers or is in situations where magic is canceled. 10. Dojo Kanojo Cho (in large dragon form) • Abilities: Dojo, when he transforms into his larger dragon form, is incredibly powerful. He has abilities like flight, strength, and some elemental powers. • Weaknesses: In his small form, Dojo is less problematic and often acts as a comedic sidekick. 11. Grand Master Dashi (in historical context) • Abilities: Grand Master Dashi is a legendary Xiaolin warrior, known for his unmatched skills and knowledge of Shen Gong Wu. His powers were enough to seal away Wuya for a thousand years. • Weaknesses: As a chronological figure, his powers aren’t directly displayed in the series’ timeline. 12. Mala Mala Jong • Abilities: Constructed from several powerful Shen Gong Wu, Mala Mala Jong is a near-unstoppable force. Its strength, speed, and resistance to damage make it one of the most powerful entities. • Weaknesses: Its power is connected to the Shen Gong Wu that makes up its body. If these are removed or separated, it loses strength. 13. Chase Young (fully empowered with dark mastery) • Abilities: At his peak, Chase Young is arguably the most powerful character due to his immortality, immense martial arts skill, and dark magic. His transformation into a dragon-like beast further boosts his resilience. • Weaknesses: His reliance on dark magic and his fixation with strengthening power can sometimes cloud his decisions. 14. Wuya (Phantom Form.) • Abilities: Wuya is a powerful Heylin witch with vast magical capabilities. Although she starts as a disembodied phantom, once restored, her magic and smartness of ancient spells and Shen Gong Wu make her one of the most dangerous characters in the series. • Weakness: Wuya is exceptionally self-absorbed and is obsessed with her appearance leading to her hubris and her descent. As a witch herself, her phantom form doesn’t help the fact that her magic is limited.

Loved Greg’s song tho
Lemme clearify, any fusion containing steven/pink is automatically stronger than any other who doesnt have them
the cluster would be the size of all the diamonds ships together if it was fully fused
He sound like that guy from gravity falls(I think Zeus?)
That’s a good thing
@@TLN_Roblox Soos and thank you looool
If we're talking for real so you should've said steven on the list. Steven isn't human. And isn't a gem. He's the first human-gem fusion. So steven himself is a fusion
One of the reasons corrupted gems seem stronger is because they dont hold back at all while when in their normal forms they could use those same powers they usually dont know how
Wish we got to see stardonyx use her 4th wall break hacks in a fight
I think I know why alexandrite has fire breath, both ruby and amethyst ( ruby especially) have pyrokenetic abilities, and since both of them are components of alexandrite so combine them together and combine it with the 2nd mouth you get fire breath. What do you think?
Aquamarine's wand was Gem tech, and it was confiscated as a weapon of war.
putting stevonnie below bluebird and then saying that bluebird could be "weaker than eyeball" when rubies are considered to be basically the weakest gems possible is absolutely insane.
Id love to see ranking humans or weapons in SU if you haven't already
5:35 why wasn't his name Mr.multiverse.
9:35 i thought her name was Princess Pearl
“Sunstone doesnt have much feats of strength” ahem she was able to lift off the diamond robot thing
I just realized the temple is obsidian
Rainbow 2.0 can make thing come to life i believe
you think obsidian is crazy? what if all the diamonds fused what would that even be
Probably broken lmfao
I love it so much
"isnt steven a fushion???" - my cousin
You missed out on a whole bunch of background characters
i have a case for bluebird azurite being higher than stevonnie:
you said that they made steven resort to turning pink, but his pink form isn’t like a super saiyan kind of thing. they work like all of his powers where it’s emotion based, he only turned pink because he was mad they threatened his dad. you’re right about them catching steven off guard but at the same time i think that’s all it is. steven being caught off guard. steven could definitely overpower bluebird, and with that i believe stevonnie is stronger than bluebird given their skills and especially given the fact that we don’t see stevonnie fighting during future when steven has a grasp on his diamond powers. Both Connie and Steven seem to be at their peak combat wise when they’re fused together, so with that and all the new abilities and his boost in power/combat since the movie and future.
also other random thought; you mentioned that you don’t know why aquamarine doesn’t use her wand thingy, but i think during the RPG unleash the light it’s mentioned that all war weapons like destabilizers and stuff like that were taken away between the original series and the movie idk
I don’t think stevonnie should be much higher on the list, but i definitely feel like bluebird should be lower than stevonnie
also random nitpick (4:02) but steven wasn’t corrupted.
14:08 i'm pretty sure the fire breath from Alexandrite comes from ruby
The cluster definitely wasnt immune to blue diamond's aura. You can hear them crying and see them starting to lose to Yellow.
I assume they didnt immediately defuse bc quantity + i mean before fusion they were in massive pain trying to reform and also being shattered. So they likely had some resistance
It always sounded like grunting to me due to still being in the middle of arm wrestling Yellow's ship. But it's definitely possible it was actually crying there.
Sugilite could have had more episodes if Nicki Minaj actually wanted to voice act her
malachite beat alexandrite so how tf is alexandrite stronger?
Imagine Obsidian + Onion
It would be the strongest fusion without a doubt.
I don't know why at all but when I was a kid, I was scared of watching Steven Universe 😂
Steg is my pookie
Sardonyx is my fav fusion DON'T HATE
jasper and lapis are the strongest non diamond gems in the serious so MALACHITE IS NO JOKE!!!
Bro i swear i heard the cluster crying in 14:55
Finally someone said it
14:09 and 14:12 the me laughing on the fire breath
Malachite should be higher than alexandrite i mean, the strongest jasper + lapis?
Edit: oh right alexandrite is smart
Malachite is best villain, Idc what you think about my stance.
You actually forgot that steven was a fusion too
Please do uncle grandpa vs all of fiction
If anyone is confused on why aquamarine lost her wand its because its era 3 and steven declared the rule of gems giving up their weapons for peace ✌🏻
Connie could beat Pearl, as she gave a good fight against White Diamond controlling Pearl, the strongest battle mind in the show
Wow, she even managed to disarm her, she’s way stronger than you gave credit for
Sad peritod never got a fusion, depsit her trying with garnet, like she never talk about it, and yea
The cluster would probably still be stronger than obsidian, it's only limit is the earth, and it's made up of hundreds of shattered war "criminals".
To be fair malakite only lost to alexandrite bc of steven but I see the vision.
I love it so much 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
What if lapis and Steven fused
this is so SO WRONG. garnet is so strong and you put her lower than ZEBRA JASPER?? WTF?

Hi
Here’s a possible ranking of the characters from weakest to most powerful:
1. Jack Spicer
• Abilities: Jack Spicer is a self-proclaimed “evil boy genius,” but his combat skills are weak among the main cast. He counts solely on his robotic inventions and gadgets.
• Weaknesses: Lack of physical potential and usually serves as comic relief due to his recurring defeats.
2. Clay Bailey
• Abilities: Clay has superhuman resilience and a high level of durability. His element is Earth, allowing him to manipulate stone and soil.
• Weaknesses: While strong, he is not as graceful or fast as other characters. His potencies don’t always translate to victories in Xiaolin Showdowns.
3. Kimiko Tohomiko
• Abilities: Kimiko is skilled in technology and has strong fire-based mastery. Her agility and intelligence make her an impeccable fighter.
• Weaknesses: While graceful and powerful with fire, she doesn’t have the basic stamina that some of the other monks do.
4. Raimundo Pedrosa
• Abilities: Raimundo, the Xiaolin Dragon of Wind, is very graceful and qualified in martial arts. His wind powers give him meaningful mobility and attack versatility.
• Weaknesses: Raimundo tends to be self-absorbed and conceited, which sometimes impacts his decisions.
5. Omi
• Abilities: Omi, the Xiaolin Dragon of Water, is one of the most skilled martial artists in the series. His mastery over water, intelligence, and disciplined training give him an advantage in battles.
• Weaknesses: His self-confidence and lack of experience can sometimes lead to mistakes.
6. Chase Young
• Abilities: Chase Young is one of the most problematic villains in the series. He has immortality capabilities, superior martial arts skills, and can transform into a dragon-like creature. His intelligence Shen Gong Wu and dark magic also give him an advantage.
• Weaknesses: Chase’s reliance on his dark powers and his arrogance are potential descents.
7. Master Monk Guan
• Abilities: Master Monk Guan is an exceptionally skilled warrior, known for his combat skills and deep smartness in martial arts and Shen Gong Wu.
• Weaknesses: His strength especially lies in his experience and physical prowess, which might not be as diverse as some others in terms of magical abilities.
8. Hannibal Roy Bean
• Abilities: Hannibal Roy Bean is a small but highly dangerous villain with immense knowledge of dark magic and manipulation. He can influence powerful characters like Chase Young.
• Weaknesses: Despite his powers, his diminutive size and habit of manipulation over confrontation make him weaker in pure physical battles.
9. Wuya (Human Form)
• Abilities: As a Heylin Witch, Wuya is highly knowledgeable in dark magic and spells. In her human form, her magical abilities are meaningfully more powerful.
• Weaknesses: Her reliance on magic makes her vulnerable when she lacks access to her powers or is in situations where magic is canceled.
10. Dojo Kanojo Cho (in large dragon form)
• Abilities: Dojo, when he transforms into his larger dragon form, is incredibly powerful. He has abilities like flight, strength, and some elemental powers.
• Weaknesses: In his small form, Dojo is less problematic and often acts as a comedic sidekick.
11. Grand Master Dashi (in historical context)
• Abilities: Grand Master Dashi is a legendary Xiaolin warrior, known for his unmatched skills and knowledge of Shen Gong Wu. His powers were enough to seal away Wuya for a thousand years.
• Weaknesses: As a chronological figure, his powers aren’t directly displayed in the series’ timeline.
12. Mala Mala Jong
• Abilities: Constructed from several powerful Shen Gong Wu, Mala Mala Jong is a near-unstoppable force. Its strength, speed, and resistance to damage make it one of the most powerful entities.
• Weaknesses: Its power is connected to the Shen Gong Wu that makes up its body. If these are removed or separated, it loses strength.
13. Chase Young (fully empowered with dark mastery)
• Abilities: At his peak, Chase Young is arguably the most powerful character due to his immortality, immense martial arts skill, and dark magic. His transformation into a dragon-like beast further boosts his resilience.
• Weaknesses: His reliance on dark magic and his fixation with strengthening power can sometimes cloud his decisions.
14. Wuya (Phantom Form.)
• Abilities: Wuya is a powerful Heylin witch with vast magical capabilities.
