Just bought this and must say it's a beast. It's a little "rumbly" in the bass end tough and it would be amazing to have a low and a high cut in the CAB section. That would make the unit perfect for me anyway. 🌹

For me, I think the most important would be a parametric EQ and turn the CAB section as good as MOOER RADAR, that would be sweet! hello. I have a problem with my Preamp live, and it is that it has stopped sounding, it has no sound in any of its outputs, apparently it works. but no sound comes out. I have updated everything and factory reset multiple times, but I have not solved anything. no sound even in bypass mode. What can happen?

Can I use the USB-out to directly record my guitar on PC? I mean, working as an audio-interface. Or the USB works exclusively for controling the pedal on PC? Thanks

I've tried in two different computers, with the three software versions uninstalling one before installing the other one and no matter what I try it's always the same. No device detected. Windows 10 64 and nothing. With the android app I can connect and change the parameters, but I can access to the amps 51 to the end, because the device hasn't been updated. It may be some issue with the USB cable or USB entry port in the PreAmp Live. Can you help me?
How do I get this desktop software to setup presets on a win10 computer that you're showing on the mac desktop? All my software does when you launch it is update the unit to version 2.1.0 which I had success in doing just now. Having bluetooth issue on and off. Also there is no backup option on the phone app. So How do I get this software to show up in Windows?

You should move it to Trash" - Not sure why it is not working and previous preamp live update was running fine. And trying to work it from my mobile, the new preamp update is working only until number 50. After that, radio silent. Please response this. I need it, coz my project depend on this.

If another update will deliver EQ functions which are implemented in Mooer Radar then I will buy your product in seconds. In my opinion EQ is very useful function which let me to love Radar. EQ gives me perfect shape of IRs I use.

The update is really nice, but I'd suggest you to include the EQ options you have on Mooer Radar in this unit CAB section. Apart from that, it would be really nice if pre and post boost mode can be used simultaneously. Mooer NEEDS to make a "drive station" type pedal like there mod station. Have like 8-12 different Versions of typical some fuzz's ,dirt box's, blues drives, a warm tube overdrive, a scooped metal drive, maybe even a. Clean boost and/or a ring mod distortion like the gonkulator. I love having a small board i can travel with and with mooers nano multi effect pedals being so good i dont see why they havent made one yet.the preamp pedals are cool and the 2nd chanel is great but adding an " all in one" gain pedal that can emulate a big muff, a rat, a tubescreamer, and the like would be the perfect solution to a " ready for anything board"

Same here - definitely a problem with the Mac disk image - not a permissions error. DMG file needs to be recompiled. Mooer seem to have real problems with firmware updates from Mac platform - earlier GE200 update bricked that device, fix took weeks to be available 🙁

Open the "Terminal" and paste *sudo spctl --master-disable* without the * signs then hit enter. It will open.
