Ingredients :
sugar 1 tablespoon.
vanilla sugar 1 teaspoon.
Cornstarch 1.5 tablespoons.
milk 170 ml.
Egg yolk 2 pcs.
Mix all ingredients well.
Boil the cream over low heat until the mass thickens.
You need to constantly stir the mass in the bowl.
Let the mixture cool and fill it into a piping bag.
Beat in 2 egg whites.
Add 1 egg.
Sugar 60 gr.
Beat well until fluffy.
vegetable oil 50 ml.
milk 120 ml.
Sow 170 g of flour.
baking powder 1 teaspoon.
Mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mass.
Pour the mixture into baking molds.
I used 3 tablespoons for 1 cupcake.
Repeat after me.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle muffins with powdered sugar.
Add jam to cupcakes.
I have pineapple jam.
Place fresh raspberries on top.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
