Exploring Florida Mall || American Girl Store || The Last SEARS & Carlo's Bake Shop | Vlog
▶ In this vlog, filmed on 1/27/2024, we visited The Florida Mall which is located in Orlando, FL. First, we went to the American Girl store to check it out because our neighbor gave us an American Girl doll, so we wanted to see what type of accessories and outfits they had available there. It's a very impressive store. The Harry Potter collection was amazing, as well as the Jasmine Disney 100 Doll. They also had collections that are based on looks from the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's, which was cool. And I also found some dolls that had gear from NFL teams like the Miami Dolphins, Jacksonville Jaguars and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They also have a bistro there, where your daughter can have birthday parties and also tea parties with their doll (LOL).
▶ Next, we made our way inside the mall to look around for a bit. First thing we noticed is that there is a SEARS still operating here. We walked around inside for a little and it was depressing! I am sure they won't be there much longer. There are only 13 Sears remaining as of December 2023. As we kept walking through the mall, we found a UNI QLO store, a place with sushi on conveyor belts, a Cinnabon and then we arrived to the Dining Pavilion. We ended up eating at Meson Sandwiches, which is a local place with a few locations. Our sandwiches were very yummy.
▶ Then we went to Carlo's Bakery and got a peanut butter cannoli. The cashier also gave Autumn a free M&M cookie, which was so nice and unexpected! Finally, we walked over to the Crayola Experience to check that out and also browse through the store. We also looked at some of the other places in that area of the mall. There were a lot of kid-friendly places with arcades and games, etc. There is also a free indoor play area available for the kids.
▶ It had been a while since we've been to the Florida Mall and it was a fun little visit with the family.
