After viewing many recipes I settled on chef Michael's Chocolate Mousse cake recipe for my birthday cake. I am a novice baker and I was very nervous if my attempts following the video would be good enough. A professional cake judge was at my party and she as was everyone else at my party were in awe by the perfection. It was absolutely chocolate decadence, tasted divine. I even got asked if I would take orders. Hands down the best mousse cake ever tasted. Thank you Chef Michael, you have a new follower

Do not doubt yourself SiFu Yip. The first chocolate mousse recipe that I tried by another channel did not result in similar volume. Which brought me to Chef Lim's channel. I am ecstatic that I did. Practice makes perfect. Good luck and God bless.
