Might be fun to talk about Doc, Jackson, their relationship, the respective writing styles, and their appearances at cons and panels! Could all be different videos in a series? Not enough people talk about Doc and Jackson, when they ARE the show (and incredible personalities in their own right). Am enjoying the videos. Keep going :)
All this and Gargantua 2 is one of my favorite episodes so I am happy to see how far it got. It was cool to see a bunch of the characters in space and the attempted space heist was awesome. It was also cool to see how much sally impossible has grown and changed, with her standing up to her ex-husband. Of course, Operation:Prom is a great episode too and definately deserved to get this far. If I remember right, Operation: Prom was one of the first episodes I ever watched of the Venture bros. I was on vacation and late at night I was flipping through the hotel tv channels when I found Venture bros playing and watched it. I was a little confused because I lacked most of the context but this episode really hooked me on the series. I ended up watching a few more episodes out of order and then eventually deciding to bing the whole series in order. I probably wouldn't have done that if I hadn't seen that episode.
Oh yeah, All This and Gargantua II is definitely up there for me. There's a little bit of everything in it (which makes sense, given its runtime). But it's genuinely one of the best. Although I really expected some blue morpho episodes to make it, since that sub plot is genuinely the most fun I've had watching the show.
One of my top 5 won, but it's 5th favorite so not all that excited. My theory about season 6 is it never got the same rerun experience that the previous 5 seasons got; I have seen season 6 & 7 episodes maybe only twice each. I've seen my favoites so many times I can quote them verbatim from start to finish... but I can't think of more than a line or two of an episode off the top of my head from the later ones. ... but, that's just a theory. A VENTUE THEORY!
Likely the reason Season 6 fared so poorly (Season, I think, 5? is my contender for least-liked season) is the Recency Bias combined with Nostalgia. Season 6 is the most recent season to not be the most recent season, if that makes any sense, so it has neither Recency Bias nor Nostalgia going for it, and thus, fell short in people's eyes.
It's too old to be fresh in everyone's minds, but it's too new for everyone to have watched and re-watched it enough to have memorized the script and mentally highlighted every joke and reference and cross-referenced all the foreshadowing.

Making an in-depth, fully scripted ranking video series maybe going season by season would be pretty cool! I don't think anyone has done that before
I just may do that!
awesome! Can't wait to see it
The Venture Bros movie is finished!!!!!! #GoTeamVenture
