The residents are going to need to get an attorney and Sue the owners for violations of the Americans with disabilities act. The owners are going to have to be forced into compliance by the federal courts.

No excuse that building should have ADA ramps, historical landmark or not. Councilman of the ward knows better he's been around since 1977, that man and his daughter knew not to rent the apartment without checking for ramps, how is he entering ang exiting this building.

Probably the price was right so they failed to check for Ramps.
