BUTTER HONEY GARLIC ROASTED CHICKEN
5 pieces chicken whole leg
For coating:
150 grams softened butter
4 cloves garlic, pressed
3 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons paprika powder
2 tablespoons honey
black pepper
Mix together until smooth. Rub the butter mixture into the chicken completely until coated.
Put into the oven for 180 degrees celcius for 40-45 minutes.
For the sauce:
Save the drippings from the roasted chicken. Strain the drippings. Add heavy cream and stir. Simmer it quickly. Thicken the sauce with diluted cornstarch. Add salt if needed.
I serve the roasted chicken with roasted potato and carrots. You can serve it also with rice.
