It's amazing the quantity of videos you've published, and I congratulate you for that.
I'm just a consumer of information within the FreeCAD users’ community to improve my own skills.
I'm an aircraft maintenance engineer, 63 years old, and a very handyman who loves to know things in a wide scope of matters.
I haven't watched all your produced videos (this is the 3rd) about FreeCAD but focused on this one, made 3 months ago, why are you complicating the subject?
We do not need to install any other program on your computer and then search in Visual Studio code for the values to be changed to make a totally new object.
I think it is simpler for us using a spreadsheet (using Spreadsheet Workbench) with 3 variables changeable at your own will, whenever you may need to obtain a fully parametric new model!
It’s also lighter for one's PC!

My idea about this tutorial to aware beginner how to record and edit FreeCAD Macro and How you can save 3D object as a piece of code and Visual Studio is a good tool to to work with large macro file.

@@mechnexus I'm glad you've noticed and replyed to this lonely comment although with only 10 thumbs up out of 321 viewers ( I was n.º 322). There must be a reason for that, maybe people just want to see soluctions for the problems they face within FreeCAD itself. Adding other software is complicating their apprentiship.That was my point.
You've got a bright mind anyone can notice just by observing your tutorials.And you are very polite too.
