Thanks, dear Runqiao! I'm going to put it into practice! What about rolling our feet with balls or rollers? Today I gave my student(she is 5) an empty container that has the perfect shape for her arch. I use jacks rubber balls, empty roll containers, etc because I reuse, reduce and recycle :)
