Thank you so much for these videos! I have anxiety and treatment-resistant OCD so crafts have been a great outlet for me. I had always wanted to try embroidery. Unfortunately I felt that it would be too difficult for me because of my need for things to be perfect, but your videos gave me the hope to try and I have never had more fun!!
OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH SIS. I TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT THAT I CAN DO EMBORIDERY IN MY FREE TIME. I USE TO DO WHEN I WAS IN MIDDLE SCHOOL IT'S BEEN LONG TIME. I WILL BUY ONE FOR ME THIS WEEKEND. YOU ARE SO DOWN TO EARTH SIS. YOU LOOK BEAUTIFUL AS ALWAYS SIS. TAKE CARE AND BE SAFE. GOD BLESS YOU BOTH AND YOUR FAMILY. 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
Another tip I like to use is to look up calligraphy alphabets and base your pattern on that. In copperplate, for instance, the thick parts are less on the downstrokes so much as the downstrokes going diagonally left.
Thank you for your video. I am very new to embroidery and want to make something for my daughter nursery as a thank you for all they have done and now I have the confidence and know how to do so. Your video was so informative and I love how you do it step by step. So simple but so easy to follow can not wait to watch your other embroidery videos
Hey! I just bought my very first embroidery ring yesterday. I want to make a custom sweater for his birthday. So while I was scrolling through your videos yesterday, I learned a LOT ! So thank you so much for that! Also, may I ask what brush you are using in Procreate and what the thickness and all is? Thank you so much for your video's! I can't wait to get started with embroidering my own stuff!
I'm quite new to embroidery, but from styles I've seen in other videos, this seems to waste a lot of thread by starting where each previous stitch begins. I believe it should come up through the fabric a bit ahead of the stitching every time for this look. Is this an intentional style? I do *love* you demonstration of the lettering though! It's so simple and yet somehow tough to get right without a naturally artistic knack for letter art 😉
The video edit is so wonderful. The tutorial is detail and clear. Can follow and embroider easily. It's great for beginner.Really like it and thanks for sharing
Hi Chloe! I love your embroidery projects! Your videos are one of the first I've seen when I started my embroidery hobby during this quarantine :) I've done a few projects myself and I plan to create a few more as christmas gift for my friends. I'm just wondering if you have tips on how to present, preserve & clean embroidered projects? Mine's just been staying in their hoops inside plastic wraps while I'm waiting for the time to give them as gifts because I'm afraid they'll be collecting dusts 😭
Right now I'm practicing different parts of an mlp eye but right now I can only do the iris as I have only two shades of blue a pink and a red I did have purple for the eyelashes but unlucky me would lose the embroidery needle and only piece of floss! Luckily I plan on buying a embroidery kit with tools and 96 colors plus 100 skeins of floss each one containing 8 meters of floss. on the third of april
