In Super Mario Bros 3, Munchers are always active even if you pause the game
Meaning you can accidentally unpause while they're outside pipes in either of the special Pirahna Plant stages (the giant pirahna plant replacing Hammer Bros in world 7 known as "Pipe Land" )
Yeah, but they don't hurt Mario at all, until you unpause, because damage colision is disabled while the pause menu is open...

Need to add a 102, Bowser doesn't hit the ground. Bowser goes down and doesn't hit the ground. Time stops and you;re stuck in the Bowser room until you reset the game. The Princess door never opens. The one time I got there it happened to me and I gave up.

You get extremely psychotically, infuriatingly frustrated, 100% filled with indeterminable, resented hatred and hit your Nintendo Entertainment System so insanely hard at the speed of the Ajia X ship (FAST - Racing League) in a hacked maximum 64-bit integer that you tilt the cartridge without noticing, then the game froze, and now you have to start the entire game over. So, instead of starting the entire game over, an anti-piracy screen appears all of an absolute sudden, deleting all of the progress you made in the game itself. You get *EXTREMELY* shocked, and realize you were playing a pirate copy of Super Mario Bros. 3, implying that you were unable to start the entire game over, so this is Game Over to your gameplay skills.
