Purple heart is one of the most beautiful woods, to me anyways.
God the music in this video sounds like it came out of a classic Resident Evil game, I love it
Ikr
I was reminded of like the save theme from re1
Stunning woods. I can watch this all day 👍
Addicted with the video....
Cant play bass but keep watching the making video🧐
wood work is so fucking beautiful
WOW gorgeous bass. Well done again Warwick!!
Awesome of you guys to feature Robin's music in the video!
I bought his album and it's awesome :)
Martyr of Grenth who is the artist?
czarpaul01 The artist is called Robin Zielhorst.
He was in Cynic, and is now in Exivious, One Godless, and has a solo EP album. :)
Thank you sir
Damn that thick wenge neck makes me drool. Looks so good.

It's funny you say that plus I have a 93 Fortress 1 5string it's completely passive with bartolini standard jazz bass pickups along with a tremolo by Floyd Rose that neck is chunky but it's not why it's just so I don't know how to describe it it's actually so easy to play easier than a lot of my four strings THICK!!!!!!
Amazing, I love those making of videos. I have a Streamer Rockbass, I hope I can upgrade to one of those one day.
Beautiful bass! I love my Warwicks! I am surprised the fret work is done so early on...
Very beautiful bass ❤❤❤❤
Beautiful bass! Would definitely love one of these as a fretless with a matching fretboard :)Since it is lacquered/finished it would be awesome to have that pattern make it's way all the way through the instrument.
no solo hermoso bajo: ¡hermosa melodía!♫
Stunning work, even more stunning price no doubt but if I had the money... just can’t justify it right now.
Stunning!
Great video!
Love it
This is 🔥
Almost has a Carl Thompson Rainbow bass vibe to it
I have a weird question lol. Are the songs in these videos being played on the basses made in these videos? That would be cool.
some, like ryan martinies fretless 2016, the music is him with that exact bass
Funny enough. The guy who's doing the background music played for Cynic.
All that raw wood shaving must smell amazing. Can anyone confirm this?
Confirmed!
Yay! :D
The best bass guitars ever !!!! \m/ ;P
3:40 Why is there a "video" inscription on the neck? To pay attention to détails for the video or to remind luthiers that this one has to be filmed and they have to call someone? The first answer would be, obiously, a disapointement. This 14 pieces body is awesome. Still dreamin' of an infinty custom in my studio... :)
Hello Marco, your second guess was correct. It is best to visibly mark our instruments so our video team immediately can get informed as soon as an instrument arrives at certain stations in the production.
0:57 what is the point of using a rounded point cutter to just meticulously do the entire top? i'm a retired machinist, so i get that it was a good tool to transition the neck, but why not just use a 3 inch carbide insert cutter to hog the top down to size and then that round cutter to fade the neck joint. why use a small point tool and 200 passes to make the top thinner?
Its weird how the fret wire is in even before the body is done being shaped by the CNC machine

Beautiful. I'm curious to know how much a 6 string Warwick bass weigh?
Being the proud owner of a 6-string Thumb BO, I don't know the exact weight, but my experience says don't play a 3-hour show with it.
@@Bassistking 😂👍
Can someone show me where to find a tab for this song?
top top
glad to see the video that you uploaded, can you help me ... to give me the layout / distance between fred per fred and the distance between the other parts, it is my hope to get your attention ,, thanks.
how good is the adjustable brass nut
Eu quero
Me want one....
4:53 what was the point of doing this?
A fast way for our luthiers to get a proper feel for an accurate string spacing.
understood thanks
So uhh...if I order this bass, but with a one-piece pine body, how much would it cost? :)
Hello el_Principe please send an email to info@warwick.de with information about the bass you want. We will be able to precise the details and exact price.
Manda um desse pra mim
I probably would buy a 6 string from you. If i had the money of course...

I can't afford
This bass must've costed a fortune and a half to purchase
Around 10.000 euro.
A truly beautiful instrument but I can't justify spending $8000 on a bass that was 90% created on a CNC machine.
Well yeah, it's a custom shop instrument like the Paul Reed Smith Private Stock ones, and the PRS are even more expensive than these and also done for a big part in a CNC machine. Why don't you go and hate over there instead?
And looking at the video I would say the CNC part is realistically not even 30% when you look at all these steps this instrument goes through, a lot are not even shown in this one. Everything else seems to be done very carefully by hand.
And a CNC machine will give the instrument the on spot precision a luthier could never ever reach - so you'd rather pay $8000 for an in comparison imperfect instrument that is completely made by hand but of a lesser quality than these ones? Logic flaw right there.
So you would rather pay 8000 for something 100% handmade, which is not nearly as precise or efficient as a CNC machine? Oh yeah, that makes perfect sense. -.-
Thats why this bass is fucking expensive :)
