You guys do know they started knife party as a joke to make fun of the rave scene. That’s part of what makes them so damn fire because they do this type of shit without even putting 50% in. Pendulum and their first so was the last time they gave it their all. Still some of the cleanest produced shit out there no matter what

@@Darkone348 Rob has always had really high production standards though.he set a new bar for production when Pendulum came on the scene.apart from perhaps Tipper who was pretty underground back then,nobody was really on Pendulums level when Another Planet,Vault etc came out.its definitely mocking EDM and its pseudo culture(not the rave scene of the 90ies)and in another sense its a double irony because despite mocking its conventions,his production is in a different league to most all of it and he's not even trying

Death & Desire is so dance themed. All songs are unique in their own way, with that Knife Party twist to it. Cool to see they're still putting fresh stuff out.

The way knife party implements horror elements in their work is incredible, the build up using train sounds, chimes and screams as the drop approaches, as if the song is a train itself, and then the "LISTEN" that you can feel in your bones before the drop, insane
