I got the same rake. Both tires on it blew out with it sitting. Started hooking up and noticed the first one and the second bailing the other one was blown out.
It does good. I put up 200 bales a year. It’s fine for that. 4x5 bales. Anything more than that I would say go for more power. I will eventually have a bigger baler tractor.
I had an M&W for years, which is just like a Krone. Now I have a belt John Deere. In my opinion not much difference except the John Deere makes a lot tighter and heavier bale. Now if you have old cows with missing teeth it makes a difference. Trust me.
Enjoy watching your videos. Considering the JD 5075e for our farm. How often does your 5075e go through the regen process when you’re bushhogging? Is it a pain to deal with? Keep up the good work!
Not very often. About every 100 hours. No problem at all, just don’t shut the tractor off. Just keep your RPM’s up till it’s done and keep on working. If you have the cab model. If you get an open station I have heard the exhaust gets so hot you just have to get off the tractor till it’s done…. They are coming out with a Premium Cab model for 2023 that does not have to regen. I’m sure they are a lot more expensive, but they have all the bells and whistles too that people usually end up adding anyway.
@@theweekendfarmer7513 I gotcha sounds like a winner if you ever upgrade your tractor you should get a John Deere 5100e we bale a lot with ours it’s great on fuel ours has got a 520m loader like your 5075 has, you can get a heavy duty 540m but it’s really not worth the money and the 520m isn’t as heavy on the front axle and plus the 540m’s mostly go on the M series 5090M and up.
Gonna be some valuable hay this winter. Enjoyed watching.

I haven't had any trouble with the tires yet. It would almost be nice to have some foam filled tires. not sure how that would do for highway use.
How well does it handle the bailer?

I know cornhead grease isn’t something that’s normally carried around here. What do you use it on? By the way, good to see you posting again 👍🏻
I put it in gearboxes instead of gear oil. It doesn’t leak out of old gearboxes as fast as gear oil does.
@@theweekendfarmer7513 you have some savvy for one so young 👍🏻
Do you still have the E12 batwing haven’t seen it lately?
@@alexbarnett2223 No I sold it. I don’t bush hog for the public much anymore. Trying to focus more on hay
