I owned a casino hall, it's not directly being strict. They know what they get into and they're playing with the house money while representing the house, it's important to keep a fine and well up picture of themselves because you aren't you, you are the company.
yeh i work as a dealer and we're strongry prohibited to swear, be too friendly and welcoming, there's a million things we can't say and ways we can't act. It is quite mentally straining, i'm a full on character when at the table and a completely different person off table, the nicest coolest dealers can be the most ego tistical assholes off table and i'm saying that off direct experience in my work space, we had a dude who was sweet and welcoming but prayed on women who worked at the casino during his shifts so me and the girl got him fired lol
The people that work in these jobs and also the people running things behind the scenes seem so sinister and weird.. these videos give me super weird vibes.
