For me on the prequals...i was a freshmen in highschool. Seniors at my highschool would pick me up and take me to the show. Some of the greatest memories/experiences in my life.
If one movie should be promoted at Comic-Con, it's Superman. Hopefully they'll cover it a bunch when the movie is supposed to be in theaters in July 2025.
They should just tease the logo at least, as a part of the DCU slate which they ll most likely present there, or give more updates etc all with nice graphics and everything.
Gunn not going to Comic con is a smart move, imho. Make Superman the focus so the film can hopefully be as good as possible. I know it sounds like I am saying that just because I am really looking forward to the film, but I genuinely mean it.
Honestly its not surprising Gunn s skipping SDCC, yeah sure the shooting schedule bla bla, and yeah DC will be there but still, they ll most likely show it at Fandome, which sucks because SDCC is SDCC. They could have David in the suit like with Tom as Loki ir smth.
I'm sure this is a hot take, but personally I feel that both George Lucas and Zack Snyder are great directors, but they just need someone to help reign them in and get feedback from. The Star Wars prequels and Zack Snyder's films could've been immensely better as a result
I also like Tim Drake. He's underrated and disrespected. Damian Wayne is annoying but honestly, once you accept his personality, he becomes progressively more likeable.
Its tough to agree Disney is actually not covering for other failed losses because of the marvels, bp2, antman 3, or the d+ shows. Like how bad were some of these other projects if the ones they put out helped to drag down marvel
Ritchson may have just found his kid is like me - major problems with motion sickness. Backing up - problem. Any seat that faces backwards - problem. Sitting on those side facing seats on a bus - problem. On a plane even with dramamine I still need to be as close to the middle of the plane as possible - aisle seat or the middel of the middle row on big one. Found out on the Honolulu to Maui shuttle that one dramamine isn't enough - only thing that saved on the way there was getting out on the deck and having the wind hit me in the face - on the way back I was advised to take dramimine an hour before departure and keep taking them - wasn't a picnic but I was able to stay off the deck in the dark. Crossed cruises off my list.
Another great show today guys...have to say in relation to physical media what's really disappointing is being a physical media collector on a budget down under...
Superman possible plot. Take the Kingdom Come story line. Replace Gog & the young brutal heroes with the Authority. Instead of The Heroes coming back to stop this new breed of heroes like in Kingdom Come, make it the reason the Justice League gets together. You can stay true to that story with a few changes.
How are John and crew handling Dune 2 viewer questions? I’ve been staying away from the show for the last week to avoid spoilers - not seeing it until next Tuesday.
I love avatar but their fandom are extremely gatekeepy/neetpicky Sure we were traumatized with Shamalan, but that wound has had plenty of time to heal Also, if they want to do Korra (which I did enjoy a LOT), they’d have to stick the landing in season 3. The positive side of it is that they could fix some of Korra’s characterization. Keep the flaws just present them in a less annoying way lol
Get people who can write comedy and make sure they're using a legal consultant - because most of the court cases were lame. AndJen should be able to hold her own against Matt - he shouldn't be able to walk in and wipe the floor with her.
I realise it is a very tiny thing, but with the advent of word processors I am going to miss the fact from the Donner superman that Lois is a great journalist, but her spelling and grammar suck, so Perry has to keep correcting it.
I had so much trouble watching the latest Airbender series. I finished it, but the acting really threw me off. I’m usually not that critical either. I can find enjoyment in a lot of things but the acting just really took me out of it over and over.

I adored thet Netflix show, it adds a lot to the story, so now I enjoy both the live action and the cartoon for different reasons.
