Think about with all these quality education you still don't have a say in your country politics and can not choose your own leader. How frustrating that would be!
I think it’s more frustrating having a say in your county but things don’t change or improve. China has a different political system but it has proved to be efficient. “Democracy” seems way less important when you have safety, opportunity and quality of life. Thanks for watching tho
Can you choose your own destiny? No, that's why everyone is angry. This is determined by the world order and has nothing to do with votes. The choice is left to the rule makers. So, if you want to master your destiny, you have to be an order maker。The votes are in fact the game currency used by the rule-makers to undermine the people's sense of resistance. Don't be obsessed with ballots.
The ultimate purpose of ballots is to divide people. Let people fight against each other, and the more fierce the fight, the more secure the position of the ruler.
In China, choosing a leader is not a "beauty pageant". It's a meritocracy where they are judged on qualifications, competence, character, intelligence, track records, etc. Not popularity or the ability to just win arguments and persuade.
A lot universities in Europe have a lot of Chinese students, and even some majors only a few are students from other countries the rest of the whole class are Chinese students, sometimes, even the professors are Chinese. Chinese students are very smart and competitive.
The concern is, of course, the censorship going on. Not just China, but also in other countries. It will kept future people from learning and having manners properly.
Yes. I somehow agree on this. Censorship is one of the few things that I feel concerned about. Although I’ve been here for 7 years and never felt limited on my freedoms, but I do understand your point.
Censorship isn't always a bad thing, it keeps most people from getting of information, harmful to individuals and society. Like watch at Europe with our absolutely free net, and how European countries quickly degenerate morally, culturally and demographically in recent years
@@mrobocop1666 The problem stems how it is keeping artists from creating stuff that is already harmless, for example. Whether people love it or hate it, that should be fine, but it should not be changed to conform someone else's views. Fixing the mistakes based on the facts, that should be accepted. History should help us better to prevent the past mistakes from happening.
you wanna talk about censorship? try a few unwanted words in RUclips, twitter and other "free speech" platforms. They will be gone in seconds. China is more free than most democratic countries I've been to.
Friends, this video was made under the strict supervision of the Chinese government, so the officers are very attentive recording and taking photos in the background.:)

I still don't understand how or why that art piece you did with the 11 year old can be made that way.
Care to explain?
You can check "hand made marbled paper" to see the process. It's a quite addicting hobby.

Grammar fix:
It will _keep_ future people from learning and having manners properly.
Just keeping that heart.
