OMG when Brad started gagging and then continued when Gabe started doing it, then Kelly started laughing I about fell off my chair trying not to laugh too loud because it is 3.44am here in Australia at the moment. I could not sleep as I don't sleep very much due to constant pain and I could not stop laughing the more Brad gagged and the more Kelly laughed. I eventually laughed so loud I woke hubby up hehehehehe. That was the darn funniest thing I had seen in a while. I say this because I know just how Brad feels. I also have a weak stomach when someone is vomiting or gagging near me. Man that was worth the lack of sleep to see that. Thankyou so much. I don't leave the house unless it is to the doctors and that's about it. All the things I loved to do I no longer do like going on picnics, or window shopping, grocery shopping etc. Just everything. I sit in my craftroom every day and make junk journals and watch videos on YT. Hubby is my personal support person as in he does the housework and the washing clothes and most of the cooking although I asked for an induction hotplate so I could sit at our butchers block and cook asian dishes etc. He loves those nights lol. I'm on a waiting list for the operation but it must be a long list is all I can say lol. I love to watch Gabe and Kelly on their own channels as well as when the film together. I always watched Deer Meat For Dinner (Gabes brothers channel) but Gabe and Kelly have so become my favourites to watch. They make me laugh more. Hugs, Michelle

I would salt brine the eggs for 3 days with daily water changes then try pickling them with vinegar. Might make something new. Pickled catfish caviar. Then you can put that on a cracker dude. Add some cream cheese with chives to balance the flavor on the cracker.
What do you need to do is add some cornmeal and a little bit of flour to it makes it up and drop it in hot grease just like hush puppies they should come out delicious I’m sure of course I wouldn’t eat it but go for it

We eat pleco in my country, its prepared a bit different from your previous videos and they taste great. Firstly they are cooked with the scales on but dont worry, once cooked they just slide right off with no effort at all. So you start by, gutting them, clipping off the fins, scrub them with a very stiff brush to get any excess mud out from in between the scales(armor plates), wash with lime, stuff the belly's with bits of tomatoes, peas and potatoes. Season fish with green onions, cilantro, onions (save some for later), pimento,(save some for later), hot peppers (save some for later), salt, fish or all purpose powdered seasoning, black pepper and curry powder. Refrigerant for 1 hour after seasoning. After the hour, put up a pot with just a bit of oil, caramelize the cut onions,pimientos and hot pepper you saved from earlier on, once that is done, place in the fish and cook for approximately 30 -45mins. Scales should be able to peel right off to the touch and there you have it, curried (TATER) as its locally known in Trinidad. Our cooking style is somewhat similar to our Jamaican compadres, it's all about spices and seasonings

I worked in Bunnell right off US1 and espenola at the FL Best block. Lived a mile away from Bunnell in Palm coast. Great location to go hog hunting and salt water fishing. Also in Town center in Palm Coast they have monster large mouth bass!! It's a half hour in between Daytona and St Augustine and 45min from Jacksonville and Orlando. I miss living there so much.

Caviar ideally needs to be made within a couple hours of the fish being caught. Also, the eggs need to be straight from fish. Like right after you bonk it take the eggs out, put em in a plastic bag and throw em on ice. Those eggs have been brined by Lake O. Gross. After one day, even in the refrigerator, they are worthless. Has to be made as soon as possible after removing them. I can tell you how to make it if you like, but you have Google just like I do.

Me and my brothers used to spear these for the Japanese farmers, when my dad was stationed in Japan. We had one old man who would always pay us 50 yen a fish whereas the others would give us 10-20 yen depending on the fish. They would bury them with their crops to act as a fertilizer and yes it works.
You can brine them like caviar but in brazil my mom cooks them with bittergourd or in fish soup. I think in America you would deep fry them. Also my mom said you usually don't want spawned eggs they taste fishy you want unspawned eggs in the fish. So good luck

Take the eggs, and soak them in a salt water brine solution for 24 hours, remove from container, and rinse. Place the eggs in an Instant Pot on high heat for 20 minutes, let the steam slowly release. Remove the lid carefully, and add 1 tbsp. of "W" sauce. Stir gently. Place the eggs in a 1 gallon zip lock container, and let soak for 30 minutes. Have a cold beer during this process. Now take the bag out to the trash, and have a few more cold beers.
brine 4 min. this will give salt. make sure you clean them 3x's before. gonna be a bit sought and separate them with a small filter., but after the work, a lil butter and some bacon will be Amazing :)
You first must screen them to remove the film that sticks them together. Then rinse 3 times. Last put in tub and add dry salt. mix Drain by putting them over a fine mesh screen in refrigerator. The older ones with large babies growing won't taste good but make good bait/chum. The just laid ones will taste sort of like swampy caviar. Not great but edible. Or you can prepare them as a replacement to any Mullet Roe recipe.

Yup my biggest recommendation is to hit up youtubers outdoor chef life Taku. He's the best and also a sushi chef, he will lead you the right direction with those good eggs.

I don't have a clue how to do pleco eggs, but the glob of them reminds me of beef brains. When I was young my grandma would cook me up THE Best beef brain omelettes, boy I can taste it now and that ain't no joke. Great video!!
Here is the deal.....high heat. Rinse the eggs. Butter, shallots, lemongrass, garlic and ginger in the pan....add the eggs and cook for 5 and a half minutes. Throw it in the trash and order takeout! Best way ever!!
My family, we just season the egg with salt and tumeric and then friend it. Or we still season it with salt and tumeric and then some red onion, chili(the small and spicy one) then wrapped it with tumeric leaf and wrap again with banana leaf and then grilled it. I don't have a clue how to do pleco eggs, but the glob of them reminds me of beef brains. When I was young my grandma would cook me up THE Best beef brain omelettes, boy I can taste it now and that ain't no joke. Great video!!

Here is the deal.....high heat. Rinse the eggs. Butter, shallots, lemongrass, garlic and ginger in the pan....add the eggs and cook for 5 and a half minutes. Throw it in the trash and order takeout! Best way ever!!

My family, we just season the egg with salt and tumeric and then friend it. Or we still season it with salt and tumeric and then some red onion, chili(the small and spicy one) then wrapped it with tumeric leaf and wrap again with banana leaf and then grilled it. Cook some bacon in a skillet, leave grease in skillet when done. Wash eggs with cold water and the dip them in an egg bath. After egg bath, throw them in a mix of corn meal, salt and pepper and then fry them in the bacon grease until crispy! Last but not least..... Put it on a kracka dude.
