I bought the infinity knot necklace and the knot part is turning black just that part, the rest of the necklace is ok, I’m worried because I have only had for three weeks, and I’m very disappointed and I’m not sure what to do, it says on the description that is silver and I have other silver items from pandora and this never happened, I don’t know what to do just left me very sad...

Why don’t you use different nationalities in your adverts on tv in Australia- all you ever use are Anglo Saxon and Chinese - there are many other people living here thus I will boycott your jewellery and tell as many of my friends to do so too
