With the mention of lemons and limes, I was reminded of meeting a guy who'd eat plain slices of lemons, rind and all. Immediately after he proved it, someone else sitting with us had the brilliant idea to squeeze a lemon into milk to see if it'd taste like lemon cream.
I will never forget his face when taking a sip of that concoction (it curdled instantly)
