Definitely. Kim Nam Gil should be no. 1. Not to mention he wears facial hair so well. (In fact, I think he looks better with facial hair). Many of the other actors shown do not take facial hair well (Kang Ha Neul, who was the last in the list, wears it well, as shown in River Where The Moon Rises). And yes, he never disappoints. He seems to really look very well at the role he will play and I like that he doesn't hesitate to take a tragedy. He is very good at tragedies, be it movie or drama. Joo Ji Hoon and So Ji Sub are also very good at tragedy, not to mention So Ji Sub also wears facial hair so well.
