@@sharonraj4054 and @kimhernandez9714 not sure which part of the world you are living. I can share my thoughts on this of stopping medications. This BP issue can be 1000% curable without medication. I mean you continue your usual medication and still follow my tips and slowly you will dont need of medication. if you have access to 1. cucumber, 2. bottle gourd, and 3. ash gourd. then all done. first let me know if you access to them. Else i suggest another option. Apart from this you obviously come across meditation methods to calm down mind to improve the BP levels to normal. Observe your stress or too much thinking patterns, and deep think about them and see are they really bothering because you short of some thing, i mean DO YOU HAVE ANY CONTROL over such situations. if no control. That's it. your problem is solved. if you have control, then do your duty then. Just ignore to think about the result. That is the fundamental rule of get rid of BP. hope you are aware of it all. but just a reminder from a wellwisher fellow human i am saying.
