His birth was not to prevent a chance of Aiko's future enthronement. Japan is so happy to have him, not only as the future crown prince, but as a person as well. Ahhh I remember watching about him before. Iirc, the case where he failed his school’s exam by getting (nearly?) zeros and yet the school still let him pass. And that paper research for uni’s entrance recommendation which he ‘co-work’ with a professional researcher. To me, it seems like the prince is giving a message that he doesn’t care about the throne… but his parents or environment keep pushing him on that path whether he wants it or not.
