बहुत खूब जब भारत आजाद हुआ तब शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देने के लिए स्कूलों के मास्टर जी घर घर जाकर बच्चों के एडमिशन घर पर ही करके आजाते थे घरवालों को बच्चों को स्कूल भेजने के लिए समझाते थे। ये ठीक वैसे ही है जैसे कोई हलवाई विशेष प्रकार की मिठाई पहले कुछ दिन फ्री में बांटे ओर जब लोगों को उसका स्वाद पंसद आये तो वह हलवाई उस मिठाई की कीमत कितनी भी बाद लोग उसे खरीदेंगें ही। इस तरह से पहले बच्चे पढना नहीं चाहते थे तो सरकार पढाना चाहती थी और अब जब बच्चे पढना चाहते हैं तो सरकार उन्हें पढने देना नहीं चाहती इसलिए सैकड़ों तरह की रुकावट इन एक्जामों के नाम पर खडी कर दी।
