- The world’s LARGEST Toblerone may have just entered our list of top 5 most ambitious food challenges to date!
After witnessing professional eaters like Joel Hansen complete half the mega sized chocolate bar and Beardmeatsfood falling far behind that, we decided to be the first eating duo to attempt taking down the entire 24,000 calorie, 10 pound bar in a single sitting food challenge.
We may not be as well practiced as when we each took on the 5lb Hershey’s bars but this epic eating endeavor became heavily requested since and can now be added to our portfolio of “very dangerous food stunts we would never encourage anyone attempt under any circumstances.”

Q: How do you not gain weight?
A: Endurance sports (primarily running, cycling and some resistance training) and extreme discipline & sacrifice with our daily diets is how we manage not to gain weight. We eat mostly vegetables, fruits, some whole grains and low fat dairy on the days outside these videos. The calories consumed in a food challenge or mukbang are the only calories consumed that day and sometimes the day following as well seeing our appetites are typically shot from so much food and the thought of eating is very off-putting. Two days out we are back to large amounts of vegetables and increase to maintenance from there. We also often eat most of our days calories in a smaller eating window (we frequently bounce between intermittent fasting & OMAD diet as it just seems to work with our lifestyles and eating preferences). Anyone with a larger than normal stomach capacity like us, the drive to push through the discomfort of a challenge like this, and a basic understanding of energy balance (calories in vs calories out) can do it with enough disciple and intention (not that we recommend it).
Also worth mentioning is that we do not exercise to burn the calories consumed in a video but rather we are able to consume higher calorie diets due to our participation in endurance activities and said discipline with our daily diets.

A: While we’re sure that type of video will eventually make its way out there, this is not a health and fitness channel and we intend to primarily focus on indulgent food entertainment. We’re still in the very early stages of establishing ourselves within this genre and we’re constantly experimenting and trying to improve upon our style to make our channel a unique experience. Food is our passion while fitness is our discipline so, while we currently only have the availability to produce one quality piece of content a week, fun food-centered videos is where we’ll be focusing our attention (and trust us, it’s more fun for all of us this way). That’s not to say it will never happen, but it’s not a top priority for us.

You guys are the only ones that convince me to watch a RUclips video this long 😆 I for one enjoyed all the rambling rants in this. Also, you're so right about people overestimating on how much they think they can eat! My medical conditions tend to cause insatiable appetite, so for sure I can eat like a champ compared to the average person. Even so, there was a cheat day where I fully intended to allow myself up to 10,000 calories if I wanted it, but I stopped eating at only 3,400 because things stopped tasting good and my body hurt 😅

Well as a long time fan/viewer, I can honestly say I watched the whole thing and didn't skip 😊 even when you guys weren't talking (which I dont blame you lol) the video was still entertaining!
