    Thank you for this. I hope we can see more of those various instruments highlighted in Chinese dramas in the future, instead of the Qin getting almost all of the spotlight. (Don’t get me wrong, the Qin is fabulous, but a bit more variation would be great)

    Thank you for this very educational video. Recently, I stumbled onto a New Age music type by a Chinese artist using some traditional instruments on streaming service. Simply mesmerizing.

    This was very interesting. I've never heard of these instruments (well, except the drum) and they're quite intriguing.

    Terrible editing, the instrument names are tiny and show too briefly, but that's the main point of the video.

    NOT VERY IMPRESSIVE OR LISTENABLE

    • @davidwright8432
      @davidwright8432 5 месяцев назад +16

      The point is to demonstrate and name various instruments. Not to give a performance! Sound quality is the point here. And playing technique.

      Without the Chinese, many countries wouldn't have the music they have today, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, etc. Perhaps go record your singing and listen to it, I'd say the same thing, you are not impressive or listenable, the world doesn't need you and without you, nothing will change.
