Idk about others but rewatching scenes from a series makes me appreciate it so much more than the first time. Like, I feel like because I binge most series, I end up not really digesting all these symbolisms and beautiful dialogues in between because before I know it I'm quickly diving into the next episode to find out what happens next. Now that I'm revisiting all these dbk scenes, I realize just how much of a masterpiece it is. (Not that I didn't think so the first time around but like, it dawned on me just how freaking amazing this is??? Even more than I thought so before) And ugh I'm rambling but wow this is just really, a top tier bl. I hope gmm does its job and actually promotes the drama and the actors more. They deserve so much better. Hope this series gets more of its well-deserved traction soon. So much love to DBK!!
Aeon Word. After watching every BL series produced by GMM I must say this is still top 3. Great directing, careful and insightful plot and storyline with just the right twist, and of course very good actors! Still come back every now and then and it never fails to add a smile to my face at the end of each episode.

DBK is in my top three bl series of this year.
The couples- Pete and Kao they both had flaws the addition of Non brought them out to the surface but they came back together when it mattered the most. It was also nice to see a bl a couple talking about real issues coming out talking to their parents and planning a future together
SunMork they are pretty much the same person with Mork being a little more shy and violent but only to protect his friends. Mork is a standout for his honourable side his shyness and cuteness. Sun is so strong willed the only person that makes him bend is Mork
The friends- altogether they are an awesome group. Sandee/Rain being the supportive friend and giving necessary talks to help the couples. Nickey was hilarious give him a series already.
The parents Kao mother is so sweet understanding and kind Pete's dad is so supportive and funny. These are the type of parents you would hope to have if you are gay/lesbian
The directing music editing and cinematography was so well done. I especially loved that there was a blue lighting effect on some of the important scenes. It just was so artistic and beautiful. The theme musithc with the violins is seriously epic.
The chemistry overal among the cast really shone. Eveyone was so effortless in their portrayal. I really hope to have a second part but if not thank you for such a great series.
Edit forgot to mention the fashion in this show is really something it so well executed and fit the characters perfectly. Pete is rich boy high class and crisp, Kao is cutesy relatable soft boi fashion, whereas Mork is rebellious punk fashion and Sun is mature and serisous usually neutral colors. For them to get the clothing details of the characters to match their personality is just next level for me. Kitty and Sandee are fashion icons.

1. Trapped (I've watched this at least 5 times)
2. MODC (sad ending doesn't take away from the beauty of this show)
3. DBK (all reasons above)
4. He's coming to me (Singto and Ohm match made in the afterlife)
5. Theory of Love (could have been higher but the ignored that second couple too long)
6. Tharntype ( truly one of the most gripping and interesting bls I've ever watched but the first half cannot rewatch too disturbing, with the homophobia and non consensual kissing second half for sure will be rewatched)

This series is literally a wholesome show. Don't you guys realize how we always get iconic lines in every episode? The script writer here deserves an award. Everything is done so smoothly. No shallow lines, and i love how the scenes bear deeper meaning and symbolization of how the story progressed. I'll definitely miss everything and everyone in this show, Body Bra Sabina na is even not an exception. I rarely rewatch something long like series or drama but i'll not be surprised if i would find myself rewatching this show later. I hope we will get season 2 cause this is just too good to end just in one season ㅠㅠ

Best BL series of the year for me:
1. Dark Blue Kiss - 9.9 (The cinematography, the instrumental music, the actors, the plot - everything is just perfect. It would be equal to TOL but I gave an extra point for the underwater kiss. I need another season. Hello, what would we expect, its a royal couple.)
2. Theory of Love - 9.8 (Also perfect royal couple 👌 nothing much to say, same with DBK, very realistic! I need another season for this too. )
3. 2moons2 - 9.5 (The plot is common but I still love the actors and their acting. Way better than its Season 1. The 3 couples are all shippable. )
4. TharnType - 9.4 - (Good developing couple, I mean it's also good. There's just something lacking, I can't guess where but I still love it.)
5. Until We Meet Again - 9.3 (Cute couple, nice plot)
